A good experience from start to finish.
It was a very good experience from the initial call, which was easily postponed and returned at the arranged time. All the agents I spoke to were very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Dominic in particular was very understanding and empathetic and he spoke in a very good way about what is h happening.

Saved money on energy bill but air con covers promised in short supply
Saved money on energy bill. During sales call the air con duct covers that attracted me were said to be in short supply, then the appointment was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, it will be disappointing if the so called free covers have sold out ( in which case compensation to the value of those covers should happen)

A great initiative for pocket and planet
The Australian Energy Initiative was recommended to me by a friend who'd dealt with them to install a heat pump hot water service. Our existing gas unit was ageing and replacing it with an electric one seemed obvious. My contact at AEI was Rida Khan, who patiently guided me through the process and made it all so easy. Very happy with AEI
Eric from AEI guided me through the process, asking the right questions, listening and being patient.
