Helpful from the beginning of the call. I was feeling uncomfortable taking time to look up details but was constantly being told to take my time. Had the caller not shown so much patience with me, I probably would have hung up. Ten out of ten for customer service!

It took a fair bit of time to tick all the boxes but the people from AEI were very patient with me an older member of the community.

The 1st person (who rang me) put ne through to an "energy expert" who assured me this call was NOT to sign me up but to send me a form with comparison energy prices then I was passed onto a female who then passed me onto her Mgr, Wendy, who proceeded to talk me through how to fill out this form & before I knew it, I was signed up to Energy Australia who, I was assured was the top energy provider giving 18% across the board....
I am willing to give this Co a try as I was requested to (at least a couple of bills) but I feel the whole process was "rush, rush & pressure"

After a couple of missed appointments, finally managed to talk to Australian energy initiatives and do a compare. Comparison of both electricity and gas found a cheaper option with rates locked until Q3 2025. Recommend engaging with this company
