Wonderful representative! Very helpful!

I called to cancel my plan. Wade built the value with what Energy Ogre has done for me over the years that i did not realize. Not only did I NOT cancel my plan I went over it with him to understand what value I was getting.

Great savings and great customer service from Florence. Energy ogre takes the guess work out of finding the right energy plan.

The issue was frustrating. I was getting your emails but on your end it was showing them as bouncing back. Everything was right, you had my correct email and my other profile information was also correct. I got a little frustrated by it all but she stayed calm and we made it through it. Got everything all set. She even helped me get myself setup on the provider’s by talking me through it. Lechequa is a keeper. You guys do her right! She will keep your customers satisfied like she did today with me.

Let’s hope your IT guys are as good at their jobs as Lechequa is at hers and they can figure out why the erroneous bounce backs were happening.

Florence extended service and kindness I rarely if ever have experienced from a company before. Having been utilizing Energy Ogre for over 7 years I greatly appreciate their understanding and willingness to work with customers.

Patience to my responses as I took a bit longer than expected to type back. Very thoughtful as I was stressed but didn’t think anyone cared for my worries. David still looked at my profile and saw my worries without me mentioning anything and that alone touched my heart. Definitely recommending energyogre to friends.
