Speaking to a real human being. Florence was very helpful, kind, and patient with helping me understand how Energy Ogre works. Initially I was just going to cancel my subscription to Energy Ogre because I was not pleased with the projected savings I received. However. Florence did a real time evaluation of what my bill would have been this past month and the savings was impressive. I understand energy costs are high now and we have had the 5th hottest summer recorded in Texas. I wish this occurrence was just a one off but I’m afraid this is only the start of higher energy costs due to climate change.

Wade was very informative and patient through my phone call today and helped me understand all of my options for the change in living that will occur with me in a few months. I really enjoyed the grace that’s he gave when trying to form my thoughts over the phone. Keep it up, Wade!

I spoke with Wade today. I have to cancel my EO membership as I am switching to BASE Power to get the battery backup.
Wade was careful and measured in his approach and offered sound counsel. He also listened to me and considered what I had to say about my personal circumstances. While I still have to cancel my EO membership, I hate giving up customer service reps like Wade.
I'm not sure how much money EO has saved me in the time I've been with them, but it's been nice not having to think about switching billing companies every 3 to 12 months. Texas deregulation of power "providers" sux for consumers, but EO and companies like it make it a little more bearable.
