The site was easy to navigate, descriptions were good and I found exactly what I was looking for. My parents were over the moon to receive their rose-gift. I chose a potted variety in a basket so all they needed to do was unwrap and enjoy. They sent pictures of the rose plant and I can verify that she is a very healthy specimen so we are all pleased :)

I ordered the 60th rose for my Mum for her special birthday. It was received in good condition, she was very happy with it, hopefully it looks beautiful in her garden. Lovely selection of roses on the is website, I have ordered before and would recommend to anyone. Thank you English Roses :)

I bought a rose bush in willow basket as a bereavement gift. I was a little nervous not knowing what it would look like on arrival and just hoping it would be a decent size and have blooms etc. my worries were alleviated when I received a thank you message with a picture of a beautiful, healthy white rose bush with plenty of flowers.
I’m so delighted, not only great value and a gorgeous high quality bush, but next day delivery and very well packaged.
Highly recommend.

Beautiful rose bought as an anniversary gift. It arrived well packaged and on time. Lots buds on too. Very pleased.

I received a 80 th birthday rose gift .
The rose was diseased. Several flower heads had distorted centres and small thrips emerged from them over a few days.
On contacting the company their solution was to dead head the diseased heads and do not place them in the compost heap. I requested a replacement which was Refused. Dreadful customer service. How can they send an infected bush to your garden. Disgusting they ought to follow best practices from other nurseries

They loved it and it looked great. Service great, packed well and no worse for wear coming via DPD.

We purchased the Fabulous Rose for our Aunts 80th birthday. It was delivered with care and packaged very well. Our Aunt is delighted with the rose and it is now a Precious Resident in her garden which she will treasure.

I purchased a "Ruby Wishes" rose bush for my best school friends 40th Wedding Anniversary. The website is very easy to use plus it offers additional gifts to add to the item to make it more personal for the receipient. It was delivered by DPD on the date I'd selected & the item was very well packaged. My friend & her husband were delighted with this gift & I was able to see it in person at their celebration party the day after. There were so many buds on the plant plus some roses already in bloom - exactly as described on the website. I would highly recommend EnglishRoses & will definitely be ordering from them again.

The rose is beautiful. Arrived well packaged and on time. However I was not impressed with the continuous emails, at least one a day, which, despite my unsubscribing still come. Including the one asking for a review! I won't be using you again. These were not just emails about the order ,but advertising, such as for Fathers Day.

From ordering to delivery the whole process was very smooth and our friends loved the rose bush. It arrived in good condition and its first bloom has already come out and looks lovely.

Please be very careful when buying a rose from English Roses. I do not have an issue with the quality of the rose itself. It looks fine. I have issue with the company's marketing and customer services. My 85 mother received a rose for her recently deceased sister "For My Special Sister" was how it is "marketed". This is purely to sell the product as the rose is actually called "For you with love" which is what it says on the pot but the company is 'covered' by the proper name being mentioned in the info below the aforementioned title. This caused distress to my mother who could not understand why it was not named for her sister. The Company's response was I could send it back at my expense....which is not worth doing for the price.
Overall not a good experience as I feel these names are purely created for sales and in this case have caused unnecessary distress.

Ordered a rose for a family members birthday and the whole process was top notch from start to finish. I wrote the delivery address wrong and when I phoned they amended it straight away

My brother Andrew passed away and I wanted to order a rose with his name for them to keep in their garden. I ordered from Australia, abs got to choose the date of delivery. The parcel was wrapped beautifully and the rose is stunning. Very pleased with their service.

The rose was bought for my sister. The website made it clear that you could choose the delivery.

This was important as I needed it to arrive the day before my sister went into hospital for a significant operation.

I had message saying the rose had been dispatched. Then another saying it had been delayed.

So the rose was then to be delivered on the day of the operation when clearly my sister would not be home.

Even though I had requested the rose be left in a specified safe place, both when ordering and when courier messaged, I had another message saying that as my sister was not home it would be delivered the following day.

In short, despite the claims on the website, it seems that you can’t specify the date of delivery.

Worse, I complained and didn’t even get a response!

To be fair the rose was lovely, if in need of watering given the delay in delivery.
