I ordered this Tap as I was going to…
I ordered this Tap as I was going to order a sink but decided to wait unit I got this Tap. So I would know what sink would be nice. I got an email on the 22nd August saying that they couldn’t dispatch made delivery. And that I would get a full refund. I rang PayPal to see what was happening and I also emailed the company to ask why? PayPal clearly state that I was getting a E cheque as it would be quicker. I couldn’t understand because this was not the method of payment that I used to buy this. On the first of September. I checked my anytime banking. To discover I was overdrawn £161.99, Why would any company come into somebody’s bank account without authorisation and take £161.99 especially when I wasn’t getting the kitchen tap I ordered. I have a child with complex needs who I’m doing my very best to get her in this special school. I’m not looking sympathy they know means I just need my money I need everybody else especially with my daughter having no school placement. I have to entertain her myself. I’m with this money coming out of my account left me with nothing which meant was I couldn’t take her out. I hope you appreciate my frustration and kindly return my refund. Kind regards, Joanne.
No Delivery, no communication
Ordered lights on 26th December, still not received (3-5 days)
Willing to remove this if they reply to any of my communication and send my item this week.

I ordered a sink that was supposed to…
I ordered a sink that was supposed to come 3-5 working days. It’s is now the evening of the 5th working day and I am still waiting for my sink to arrive. I am tracking my parcel and it seems it is not going to arrive for a couple of days.

3 cracked sinks over 2 years from this company. That assures a 25 year guarantee with each sink? Terrible customer service take days and days have to be chased up for a reply.

I ordered a splashback at a very competitive price. I could track my order easily, ordered on a Sunday and delivery on Tuesday morning. The item was well packaged and was fitted to the wall within half an hour of arrival!

Beautiful product, Professional and Efficient Customer service
I found this Company online and ordered a splash back from 'Enhance my kitchen' for our new kitchen. It arrived within a couple of days and was EXACTLY as shown online. It was beautifully made and fit perfectly.
Their range of splash backs are extensive and they offer something different as opposed to just the solid plain colours you can pick up at any DIY store.
I chose a delicate leaf/flower pattern in white on a beige/cream background. It is very subtle and blends in perfectly with our kitchen.
It is obviously eye catching enough to catch attention (without being in your face!) as everyone comments on how beautiful it is when they pop in.
I would give this Company 5 stars and highly recommend them for efficient delivery, but most of all for their craftsmanship and for producing products that are exactly as advertised online.

Beautiful. Well worth waiting for.
It felt a little frustrating to start with when we learnt we may have to wait a while for delivery but in the end it was well worth it and I am so pleased we did not go anywhere else.
We were in contact with Guy whenever it was necessary and he was always as good as his word which was worth so much.
Mark and Ash delivered the island on the day and time promised. It was carefully packed and they were both very careful and helpful with no sense of rush. They also took away all the packing.
The product when in place gave just the effect we wanted, it is quality and sturdily built and will give us many years of use and enjoyment. It blends in well with our kitchen and gives us masses of storage space which was what we were short of.
I would thoroughly recommend Guy and Enhance My Kitchen, just sorry I did not hear about them when we had our original kitchen fitted.

Lowest priced kitchen sink found online in comparison to other stockists with an additional 5% off at time of purchase. Bought the Rangatira 1.5 Bowl Sink in Gold. Very please with purchase with quick delivery. Happy to recommend Enhance My Kitchen based on this experience.

Unfortunately my circumstances changed and I had to request a cancellation of my order. Customer service was very quick to respond, very friendly, and I got my refund after 2 days of cancellation.

Still not received order
I placed an order and you cancelled it without notifying me
I placed an order and you confirmed the order was placed. Then you cancelled my order and did not communicate that you did or why you cancelled it. I only know it is cancelled as I looked at the order tracking after waiting several days and expecting a delivery.

Ordered a sink and taps with 3-5 day delivery nothing arrived, left emails messages . I rang them and was told they would ring back with the hour as system was down, no phone call. Rang twice again and had to leave a voicemail. Left a message to say if not delivered will cancel order and ask for a refund, very frustrating when you can get hold of anyone for a straight answer
