I recently purchased some stools and although encountered a problem - it was resolved satisfactorily within a short while. Items arrived exactly when expected. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company based on my own experience.

Very friendly company to deal with. There were some problems with the bar stools that we ordered through them, but they quickly arranged for replacements and now we’re very happy with them.

I still haven't received my items that were promised to me almost a week ago, no further communication despite being informed you'd be back in touch with a delivery date.

Delighted with the 4 bar stools! Ordered 4pm delivered midday the next day. One minor problem with damage to base of one stool resolved again in 24 hours by people who seemed to care. The stools (Rovigo deluxe) are stylish well made and were good value. Richard

I ordered 6 bar stools at a very reasonable price. They were delivered within days and are absolutely perfect. Lovely stools, comfortable and they look great at my table. The service I received was fantastic, quick friendly and professional

The worst experience I’ve had from an online company. The island I ordered did not arrive three times after arranging delivery dates. Then, when it did arrive only the bottom turned up which was really badly damaged. I then waited a further 3 weeks to get the top but still no sign of the replacement for the damaged bottom, it was too badly damaged to accept which the company agreed. However after several months waiting for a replacement there was still no date for replacement. I therefore agreed a date for them to take it and give me a refund. Again they didn’t turn up. my experience is that they are a disgraceful company and I can’t understand how they can trade this way. I’ve been ignored, wasted hours waiting for deliveries/pick up and still have a broken island. My advice would be don’t use this company.
