I asked before purchase whether the…

I asked before purchase whether the white stool was actually white and not cream or off white. I was assured it was white so placed the order. When they arrived the stools were of a cream colour so I contacted customer services. They requested a photo showing this which I duly e-mailed. No reply so I sent another. Still no reply!

Poor Communication and Integrity

Ordered the product on 27/1/22, shipping notice on 31/1/22. Not recieved by the 7/2/22 rang to chase and was told the it wasn't in stock. I think enhance my kitchen may have some integrity issues when it comes to the stock availability and communicating behaviours.

Ordered a sink and refunded with no reason or explanation

Ordered a sink, said was available and charged my card. Waited and checked to see if any tracking update and it said refunded! No curtesy email to explain why! Unless I’d checked I wouldn’t have known and would have been left waiting! Wouldn’t use this company again!

I hadn’t heard of this company so I was…

I hadn’t heard of this company so I was apprehensive when I ordered my bar stools so I rang the next day to see if I could speak to someone. I received a phone call back the same day and was reassured my order was on its way as notified. Everything went to plan and the bar stools are excellent quality.

Absolute Shambles

Ordered a sink on 26th November with a 3-5 day delivery timescale. Chased up on the 15th December as I still hadn't received it where I was told that it had been shipped with ParcelMonkey. Called DHL as they were the courier and they confirmed that it had been lost, but I needed to raise this with EnhancedMyKitchen who can make a claim.

I called the customer services line who said that they'll need to look into it, but once they've made the claim they'll look at getting the sink reshipped.

Called on the 6th January where I was given an option of a refund or they will re-process the order using a different courier and get it sent by COB the next day. I asked for it to be re-sent, as I had been waiting 6 weeks for the sink to be delivered so I can get it fitted.

I never heard back about the updated delivery, so when I chased it up again, I was told the member of staff had left, and all of the looking into needed to happen again.

Upon calling today, nine and a half weeks after originally ordering the sink, I was given another excuse that a courier still hasn't picked up the sink and that they would have to refund me. Not that they would fulfill a customer order that has been outstanding for nine weeks by finding a different courier, but they have cancelled the order now leaving me having to find and arrange for another sink to be delivered.

In the last nine and a half weeks, I have spoken to them on the phone nine times. On eight of these occasions, I was promised a call back and never received one call back, so I had to do the chasing. I had to call DHL to confirm whether the item that this company ships had been lost.

A company filled with excuses that are incapable of arranging an item they hold in stock to be collected by a courier and delivering it to a location - something that thousands of businesses can carry out on a daily basis.
Because it's impractical to wait on one item to finish off a renovation, I am now at an additional loss having to pay for a joiner to come and cut out the kitchen sink once I have a different one considered.

Would never recommend anyone use this company, I didn't even get an apology for the mess, for my wasted time taken trying to get updates because of them not being able to fulfill an order.

The level of service was excellent

The level of service was excellent. when I asked for advice I was given very good detailed information, which led me to being able to make a choice. Overall I am really impressed with how helpful and friendly the staff are. Thank you.

Excellent service and super quick delivery. Packaged neatly without excess boxes / packing etc. gorgeous bar stools, stylish and not too heavy …. And a very reasonable price too ! Happy customer !

Beautiful and comfortable

I ordered a set of six dining chairs in November and eventually got them in December through no fault of the company's MD, who sent them as securely as possible. The chairs look very stylish and are incredibly comfortable too. You have to assemble them yourself, but I had two practical friends do that for me!

Great service and product range

Very happy with the service from Enhance my Kitchen. Was looking for bar stool and they had a brilliant range with good detail on the website on sizes etc.

Easy to order and arrived very quickly. Excellent quality product and better price than we found elsewhere. Will return!

Ordered this product on 1st December…

Ordered this product on 1st December it's now 21st December and still it hasn't been delivered after constant emails and a phone call.DHL are there couriers who every day say they are going to deliver the item then cancel the delivery to the next day.which feels like ground hog day.not impressed.

Love, my island

Enhance My Kitchen's customer service is superb. Both Cory and James have been hugely helpful in a very difficult situation created by their suppliers. Their suppliers have been incredibly slow in fulfilling my kitchen island but it has arrived today after a 3-month delay. All through this period, Enhance My Kitchen have been wonderful, keeping me updated. They are very professional and I really appreciated their assistance. My island is wonderful and well worth the wait. Very pleased with it. It arrived in a van with two men to put the marble top onto the base in my kitchen.

Avoid, communications atrocious.

Placed order & took money even though turned out item was out of stock. Only found out it was out of stock when I contacted them after not receiving it after 4 days, even though it states despatched same day if order placed before 3pm.
Asked for full refund which was agreed but took a dispute being logged with PayPal for refund to be initiated a week later & didn’t even have the courtesy to acknowledge or confirm refund.

Poor service

Placed an order, waited over a week to receive my item and nothing arrived, so I contacted the company only to find out it is out of stock. Makes me wonder when they were going to inform me. No email to say it was out of stock and only chased as I haven’t received an email stating it’s been despatched. Funny thing is the company were advertising “same day despatch” and the item was in stock when I placed the order. Very disappointing not using again
