Received my order months late
Received my order months late. After ordering what the website said was in stock ! I was made aware it was on back order. Was given many dates on arrival! But took way longer than promised! Happy with product however the had to be modified by a engineer to make it fasten into position as nut and thread did not match !

Kitchen island nightmare
I ordered a Baumhaus Kitchen Island ( Order 95009 ) delivered on the 8th july 2021. Damaged in numerous places and a very poor build quality. Cannot list it all here. After speaking to the MD a refund was issued. It took 35 e mails,numerous phone calls and nearly a month to get it collected. Buying a Baumhaus Kitchen island not recommended.

However, Baumhaus products are Drop-shipped and delivered by their own in-house delivery company Kinetic Logistics meaning that we do not see or have control over how Baumhaus quality check their products before dispatching them. Or how Kinetic Logistics plan their transport. We are now running trials with our own delivery partner to create an alternative delivery option

Apart from the fact that I did not receive the colour of bar stools ordered (the colour I ordered was discontinued but still available on the website) - I received excellent customer service from Holly and I now have beautiful bar stools.
