Very helpful staff, helped me with my decision making

Ordered taps, taps arrived quickly, but there was a problem with the paintwork. Oil seemed to be leaking from the paint. No matter how many times I cleaned them, the marks came back. Spoke to Holly at EMK who said she would try and get a solution by the end of the day. That was a Friday. On Monday, a new set of taps were delivered! Although maybe Holly could have let me know that the taps were on their way, it is brilliant customer services nonetheless. So, thank you, Holly! And, yes, the first set of taps had a problem but on the whole the taps are of very good quality.

I was given assurances that the product ordered would be delivered by a specified date, and then given two additional dates but the product was not delivered as promised resulting in me having to take additional days off work to be home for the delivery and cancel the plumber I had booked to fit the product. There was clearly no transparency with the dispatch and delivery timescale.

Reasonable delivery but not much communication between purchase and receipt of the boiling water tap. The tap itself is fantastic... Instant boiling water no need for a kettle.... A little noisy for about 10 seconds whilst it reaches temp again

Apart from some delays with the sink arriving we are extremely happy with it and the quality for the price is brilliant.

Ordered a tap that didn’t arrive and had three delivery dates that came and went, but I think it may have been a supplier not being upfront with them. Any way, they gave me an upgrade on the tap for the inconvenience so overall a positive experience.

There was a slight issue with one of the items I ordered. (Not their fault but manufacturers) Staff could not do enough for me to get sorted.
