Amazing service and great concept

Scanner came earlier than expected and that meant bonus days for free. Good instructions and excellent service.

Very easy to collect and return.

I hired a photo scanner and did around 4000 photos in this time. The kit was perfect, very quick and very easy to use.

Very easy process from start to finish. Scanned hundreds of photos and documents very quickly and easily.
Chat line very useful as I got stuck with downloading software initially but they were very helpful and I soon got the hang of it.

The carpet cleaner was delivered early.
After a bit of fiddling about and not managing to get it going, customer support video called to talk me through it. The carpet hose turned out to be faulty. I was offered immediate replacement and collection.
The upholstery connection worked perfectly so despite it being a hard work, I managed to do the job with this.
Had the floor head been working it would have been perfect. Despite this the machine cleaned brilliantly.
Although I would leave less stars for the faulty floor head, customer service like this always gets 5 stars in my book. I will use them again in the future.

Absolutely brilliant, from start to finish. The scanner was really well packaged and came with everything I needed to get going, including a handy help-sheet.
The scanning lens was pristine and I got nothing but beautiful, high quality prints.
The returns process couldn't be simpler.

There is lots of attention to details, such as having arrows embossed into the packaging so it is super clear which way up everything is meant to go.

I have no reservations in recommending Enviro Rentals wholeheartedly. A pleasure to hire from them.

Brilliant, couldn't do enough for us

The carpet cleaning machine was so good and removed a lot of the excess water allowing the carpets to dry easily. The delivery and collection was amazing and very easy to use. I would definitely use them again.

This is a brilliant company with excellent customer service. I rented a V850 to scan decades of family negatives, and was given a free extension so I am a happy customer and will certainly use this company again for the next project: scanning130 years of photos. Delivery and collection were faultless, and my deposit was processed immediately. It was fantastic to have use of the scanner without having to buy it. Well done Envio Rentals!

Slides & Negatives scanner rented. The scanner produced high quality images and was easy to set up and use. Envio’s instructions were excellent.

I had some trouble with some third party software. The Envio support gave me a workaround which worked fine.

Delivery and return process was very good and again easy.

The photo scanner I hired was a great piece of equipment and made a huge job much simpler. The packaging was robust, instructions were clear and re-packing and returning it was easy. First time I have used Envio or hired anything like this and would definitely do it again.
