I noticed that I can no longer make external transfers.
the only country I can select is Ukraine.
I don't understand why they accepted money if they don't offer you any chance to get it back.?
I don't have a card, because they suspended them, I can't make payments ...
how do i do it

Trying to sign up, I provided a ton of personal information. I waited for a week but eventually my account was just deleted. No explanation was provided. Not a single email received from ePayService. But there IS an explanation: I am from Russia. And I was trying to apply in March, 2022. You all know what's going on at this time. And I understand that people all over the world feel negative about Russia and Russians as people transfer their feelings about Putin's War to Russians in general. I feel negative about this war no less than the majority of the world. Except that they are in a safe place and I feel like a hostage of a terrorist gang, seeking any help to escape. I would accept an answer like: "Sorry, but we currently don't accept applications from Russia." But just silently deleting an account is kind of RUDE. Watching as others dehumanize themselves, don't do this to yourself, dear ePayService.

I had a good experience with them , they dont stole or hold your money ! You can take them out becaouse you have other ways .

For now i found another alternative to get payed becaouse they seams to be late with credit cards and transfers to external credit cards dont work anymore but as soon as they will be back i will use epay service again to get payed !

Epayservices is playing around with peoples money. This company is not to be trusted at all. Payments to external card keeps coming back and epay says we need to draw out less. How much less. How can $1100 be too much. Something is not right with Epayservices. they reject and hold onto money for a long time. This is peoples livelyhood they messing around with. I am starting to think this company is in financial problems. Watch out for them.

No wire to South Africa, no withdrawal to external card (its been days and epayservices cannot sort this issue out). Our monies are being held back. This is theft. Absolutely no explanation and no amount of apologies will be tolerated. Pathetic company to work with.

I have not been able to work trying to collect my payments from them.
They have not paid me for two payouts, and now they have shut me out of my account, which I have no way of collecting my money from them.

but you can delete your phone number which does not work, and concerning the email I have already contacted you several times and for days without replies! it is seriously catastrophic :(

PETHATIC EPAYSERVICE, NEVER GO FOR IT, THEY TAKES 3 TO 5 MONTHS TO DECIDE TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT OR NOT, AND AFTER THAT MOST OF THE TIE THEY REFUSE

This is one of the worst services on earth. Validation is terrible. They ask for data not related to their business who knows for what purpose. Additionally, their fees are high and the service is not 100% reliable. Support is terrible. I don't recommend this service at all.

Just requires any documents possible. And it is endless until they say "you could not pass this step".
They required even a contract (includes my personal information on that) I made with my employer (I cannot share my detailed contract to the third party).
They want illegal things from a customer. This site should be shut down!

They are "checking" my documents since June. I can't just withdraw MY MONEY

asking endless stream of documents, as it said above. Support is answering one time a week.

I write this comment after reading other comments. As it was stated before, Epayservice asked me to bring them proofs of revenue even if all my revenue came from official epayservice business partners.
I think you should avoid epayservice. They ask for too much AML/KYC. We aren't criminals, we are their customers and they treat us like criminals. This is their job to monitor the source of funds without bothering customers.

I was an Epayservice customer between 2013 and 2021. Initially Epayservice was reliable and respectful. Then, they started to ask me to justify the sources of income. However, all the sources were official business partners of Epayservice. Lately, They asked me to provide invoices and screenshot for the last 3 month of revenue. Prior to this, they stopped their credit card program. So I threw my epayservice card. Prior to this, they asked me to justify my expenses. NO bank or EMI every asked me to justify income and expenses so many times.
I think that this level of KYC/AML due diligence is not acceptable and I have decided to terminate my epayservice account.
Be aware that since 2013, The amount of money deposited on my account was more or less the same on a monthly basis. The sources of income didn't change as well since that time.
Additionnally, Epayservice stopped its mastercard program. They blocked all current valid cards regardless of customer situations. Maybe some people used the Epayservice prepaid card as their main method of payment. They send an email in may promising the release of a new debit card. It is now August and it is not possible to order a new debit card on the Epayservice website. It is a disrespectful behavior.

They definitely steal your identity. After uploading all the documents they asked for scans of all my passport pages (what for?) in highest resolution possible. Mind you my details were clearly visible in the pictures I uploaded. There’s no way to cancel your application and get your info deleted from their their system. Don’t be naive and think that it won’t happen to you. Avoid

Avoid this company! There verification system is awful and theres no support, your just banging your head on a brick wall! No passport = no account! They really need to 1. Change there verification policy 2. Hire people so you can actually talk to someone 3. Pay there phone bill! The number on there website doesn’t exist so dont expect anyone to answer!

Beware, don't u ever register with them they have a very suspicious behavior. I was looking for a debit card provider for my software business. They take my detailed documents and close my application without any prior notice. I wish I saw the reviews here before. Don't ever trust them with your money and especially your information. It's like a big identity theft company.
