Lot of bad reviews here! It seems getting accepted and ID issues getting people mad mostly?
Yes, it was a pain, but to be secure I guess the strict procedures must be, well strict.

It's been reliable and totally transparent with me in two years. To be fair, a couple tiny glitches logging in, but very very secure and a great financial tool.

how to verification in bangladesh iam already send passport and bank stalemated Please note that for residents of Bangladesh we need to receive 2 different identification documents + 2 different proofs of address from the different issuers.
Your Travel Passport and bank statement were accepted, but we need a second set of the documents: National ID (we can not accept Driving Licence) + second alternative proof of address.

Terrible. I am really suspicious about this company. I sent all my documents and followed all steps of my registration, and then, they just refused so open my account with no explainable reason. Actually when I asked the support why, that's what they said to me : “Unfortunately your application has been declined. According to paragraph 2.5 of User Agreement, Company reserves the right to refuse opening of Client account for any reason, and without providing any reason to Client”, and when I exposed my concern about my documents that was the answer: “All documents are stored & kept in accordance with GDPR-2018
“. I definitely would not recommend this company.

this payment service is disgusting i got a problem on my account and i send email and no ones reply,,even the live chat it gives you automated reply so disgusting its hard to reach the support...dont recommend this service

Send anything email. No reply with. Waiting to open the account for 10 months per month. No contact at all.

Definitely just a scam site to get verification packs of people. They use a US passport as an example photo of how to take your pictures and then they tell me they dont offer services in the US. WELP they got me I guess, someone will be buying my info soon.

Their enrollment says to pick one ID to upload; Passport, Government ID etc.. However I supplied them with my Government passport and they then wanted my Government drivers license so I gave them that then they came back again and said they need a copy of my social security card... I definitely am not giving them that as well. In addition I also supplied them with a utility bill as they requested to prove my address. I did all of this except the social security. This seems like a scam to me...

This company is pathetic, I am not sure if they are scammers or if their ploy is to lock your money up but i have tried 3 different ways to release my money and each time they combat it with a senseless rule. If I knew it would be this difficult to deal with them I never would have transferred my money to them, my advice, Avoid them like the plague if you can.

If I could put none star then will be fair, go away the company is a complete SCAM, they just want the maximum documents about you and then, several excuses and activation never happen. The worst service ever, don't waste your time with them. RUN AWAY!!

For a few weeks finally they sent me details about my account activation thru sms. And told that my account is now verified and details has been sent thru email. But i receive no email from them

I contacted their chat live and their support super terrible customer support in the world.

And they also told me that i'm not receive details because of yahoo has blocked their isp.

They asked me to take selfie to verify my account again. I said hey i can show you sms i got from you. But the support keep wanting the selfie.

Then i told them no problem i'm not interested using their service anymore

If you thinking to signup think it again. it gonna waste your time uploading documents for this company. They won't care for their customer. They just want to rip off your documents for their self.

They scam people, they like to lock your money, with no or very few possibilites to withdraw them. They are also experts in never giving you proper explanations or reasons of their decisions. They act like they're almighty and they follow only their own created rules. Avoid them if you can. They're not serious.

Beware of using such services, they do not provide quality services, in return they will find out all the information about you, they do not talk about themselves and there is no information about them, be careful !!!

Very bad in checking the account so far My account has not been verified and you are required to send your identity card and passport and you must send the document facilities and be on your name
