Regarding your order: As the skates are a third-party accessory, the price is not linked to the age or value of the mouse. Whether it's a brand new model or a few years old, the manufacturer provides a flat, competitive price across its ICE range.
When weighing up our offering on this product and comparing it to other authorised UK/EU retailers, we feel our £8.99 price which includes postage, packaging, installation support, and has remained the same throughout the recent global price hikes, is a fair one.

Fast service and good prices. Communication on deliveries was excellent. Slight confusion with order of 2 items being delivered separately but got notifications for their arrival etc without issue.

Ordered g502 lightspeed feet.
Ordered g502 lightspeed feet replacement and they were not delivered by the date stated (waited 9 days and still nothing). Contacted support (response in 30 mins) and they said it was an issue with royal mail, they gave me a refund on the spot as there were no feet left so i could not get a new set. Not only that but they gave me a free steam game key and said if the feet do arrive i could keep those too. Turns out royal mail delivered it to the wrong address, they posted it at my neighbors house while they were away for 2 weeks and i ended up receiving them last night. I will 100% be ordering from them again in the future and hopefully royal mail will deliver it to me instead of my neighbor.

Fast and great price
Was a bit sceptical at first as never heard of the company but received item pretty quickly.
Think I ordered it on Friday and received on Monday.
I ordered grip tape and it would've been nice to have included an alcohol wipe to clean off any remaining glue or dirt from previous tape. Not a big deal but it would've been nice!
