My sincere apologies for the hold up with your order — I understand the frustration when couriers delay orders and although we do everything in our power to ensure customer orders arrive in time, delays unfortunately can happen and are outside of our control.
I’ve checked in on your order and our customer care team had got back to you immediately regarding your enquiry and had arranged a replacement order to be shipped right away on Royal Mail’s fastest 24hr delivery service due to the delay with the original shipment. The replacement order was then delivered and you confirmed receipt which is great.
I can also see we sent you a free Steam game key as a gesture of goodwill, however, if you still have any concerns, please don’t hesitate to get back to us.

So I was researching mouses and saw lamzu was quite popular, and went to Esports Gear to buy one. Honestly felt abit risky buying from here as its unknown to me. However the customer service was on point and even though the delivery guys messed up. Esports Gear was there to help through the situation, which made the situation a little less stressful. So I recommend Esports Gear to buy from regardless of the product due to their great customer service.

I have placed three seperate orders with Esports Gear, First in March 2022 and I have always had an amazing experience the products I have ordered have arrived fast and well protected support is amazing they have a Discord that is very friendly and they have prompt replies and there is like minded people there that can also help you out, Tracking is very easy using their tracking portal on the site, and they offer a large range of products, Well worth a check!

Firstly, I'm glad to hear that you're enjoying the product which is the main thing! :)
Your order was placed late evening on Christmas eve, however, our 2022 cut-off date for orders to arrive before January was the 21st of December at 4pm; as stated on our order confirmation emails, website and marketing from early December to avoid disappointment.
Any orders placed after this cut-off were earmarked to arrive on January 4/5th due to the couriers being closed for the holidays and not collecting orders. That said, and where possible, we did manage to expedite some orders as a goodwill gesture and were able to get them to customers early before the new year — this included yours.
I can see you successfully received the delivery before the new year which was a few days earlier than we had quoted on our website.
Lastly, regarding order updates: If you didn't receive update emails, it's worth checking your spam/junk folder in case your email provider incorrectly moved them there. But for future reference, you can also track your order at https://track.esportsgear.uk/ to stay up to date.
I hope that helps clear up any confusion, but please don't hesitate to reach out to customercare@esportsgear.uk if you do have any further questions though.

I've checked in on your orders and can see that our payment provider has refused your payments due to suspected, suspicious activity. This is an automatic process and was flagged by the payment provider's security systems, and as such, your orders were instantly cancelled and payments were reversed back onto your account.
If the transaction is showing on your account, your bank has simply reserved the funds for now as it's expecting a request from our side. Since it hasn't passed our payment provider checks, it'll automatically cancel itself on your bank's side and will stop showing as pending within your account.
I'm afraid this process is outside of our control and is at the payment provider's discretion due to the 'high-risk' flags that were raised. It's worth speaking with your card provider/bank to check nothing unusual has been happening with your card/account.
Finally, I can see that our team have now spoken with you via email to make you aware of this, but if you do have any follow-up questions, please don't hesitate to reach out in the email thread.
