I had a great experience with customer service when opening my account. Etana is the best alternative to traditional banks if you want your money and assets saved and available for use right away in the US. Etana has fair transaction charges, and no hidden charges because all withdrawal and deposit fees are emailed to you from the beginning. I hope to have a great experience in the future

They walked me through the process and once again it was my fault for not reading the fields properly. My bank has been approved. I did a test transfer from Kraken to my bank and it was there in just a couple of days. I am very happy with their support.

A Great Service with Excellent Service
I've always found Etana Custody to be helpful when I have questions, and very quick when transferring money to my bank account in Hong Kong; hours rather than days.
I use this solely as a conduit from a Crypto Exchange to my bank account, so can't comment on their other services.
