Tried to open an account
My wife tried to open an account. Day 5 and no success. Support was close to non-existent and spectacularly unhelpful - when it was eventually forthcoming.
Support doesn't seem to understand what their own website is doing.
What should be a simple process made extremely difficult. Still not accomplished.

I found this awesome service as a bridge between the crypto and fiat world at Kraken.com. That was also the reason why I trusted them.
It's very easy to transfer fiat from Kraken to Etana or in the opposite direction in seconds. The dashboard is very easy to use and lean that everything is self declaring.

Verification Process & Funds Transfer
I had to go through a reverification check as some of my documents had expired. The team were really responsive and guided me through the process quite quickly. After reverification, I transferred some USD to my bank from Etana and the transaction went through seamlessly. Will definitely be using the service more going forward.
