I just linked my bank account with Etana, the process went very smoothly and ETANA customer support was simply great.

I have opened account with Etana in order to be able to withdraw funds from Kraken app.
From the start it was obvious how professional Etana support team is, very fast responses and assistance and in no time all was done.
Even when I made a mistake with a withdrawal they corrected it for me very efficiently.
Once I withdrew money, within couple of days funds were in my bank account.
Truly exemplary service and company!

ETANA support is very worsed.
When they team started account reviewed,I submited they ask files.
And for now,They don't have any feedback email to me.
I still have money by ETANA account but my account is already disabled.I try to reach out they support email,not any reply,is has been 20 days ago.

I added a bank account. It was easy and very fast (next day).

As an infrequent user of the Etana Trust platform I was informed my account would be suspended due to lack of use. When I attempted a log-in to comply for continued service I realized my 2FA code had not transferred to my new phone. Etana support provided the guidance I needed and the issue was quickly resolved.

Needed to update my 2FA as my phone got water damaged. I created a ticket and Etana Support was very prompt and efficient in resolving the matter

The professional and prompt response to my request to speed up a deposit into my account. The acknowledge of the fact that I had accessed my account to check if I had done so and the very informative and timely correspondence were very much appreciated. And the deposit was received very quickly,

I had to update my residential address and was expecting days of back and forth communications, lots of hoop-jumping, unhelpful replies and general nausea.

How wrong I was. It took a very short time, just a few hours before I received confirmation that the job was done. It was a great relief as I have had too many bad experiences with bank and crypto exchange compliance departments.

So relieved that this time it was a much less stressful experience.

I was having trouble confirming my email address to begin my application process. I get in contact via email writing what I was experiencing. In my surprise I got back an fast response and I was able to continue my application.

Once the account was requested to be opened, it was rejected without giving any logical reasons (The reason for closing your account is the enhanced compliance policy restricting Etana’s ability to service certain clients), IT SHOUD BE LESS THAN ONE STAR.
