Excellent support service
When I first on-boarded with Etana several years ago the support service was close to non-existent. This means that their response time was between 3-4 month. Currently that has improve dramatically to a few minutes if not seconds and the matter gets resolved as well. This is why I am so happy with their service and would recommend it to anybody

It might be me as Etanas process is not…
It might be me as Etanas process is not straightforward. It took weeks to register and find funds transferred from Kraken until Kraken contacted Etana my Etana account was zero.Then to transfer and get my Australian bank approval took a few more days and although I thought I’d instructed to withdraw funds it took a few more days until I finally received advise that my funds were transferred. Let’s wait and see if they finally arrive. It’s been two days , but I remain hopeful.
