They are swift with customer care…
They are swift with customer care services and explicit with information being your first time.
In less than a week that I created an account with them, I'm yet to start sending in money though, but just making sure the account was properly set to transact in and out.
I got a message from their customer service that my account is been closed, funny enough no reason.
I won't say much, if anyone sees this and you can get in touch with the founder or owner of Etana custody, let him / her know that there is an internal crises with the staff hired. I don't think they are business oriented individuals for them to close up on customers without any reason or let me say little mistakes. Would be going on LinkedIn to call them out too though... I know the company has an account with few staff following the account. Peace!

For non-english speaking countries…
For non-english speaking countries etana KYC process is extremely unfriendly or maybe consider horrible. In these countries obtain English billing statement from bank is not possible, also get even get English version utility bill. Finding qualify translation agency and get notorized is harsh for most of people in remote area. I go back and forth more than a month.

Tedious process but good support
