Excellent customer care service

I had a challenge with my 2FA for logging into my account and I received a prompt and very helpful support to address the challenge successfully. I received similar support during account opening when my local bank requested an official correspondence from Etana . My experience with their customer care service so far has been very satisfactory.

Honestly I have only had good…

Honestly I have only had good experiences with the people at Etana. I am not a tech savvy person and so I was quite the headache when I first started out and the people were really patient with me. The rates charged for their service is great too compared to some of the other services I'm tied up with.

I was shocked to receive a mail that my…

I was shocked to receive a mail that my account has been closed after being accredited. The painful aspect is I did not even start using the account, and I was not told what I did wrong.
The unfortunate thing for Etana is I am not the one that will lose, it is Etana that will lose. I can simply move to another service provider that can accommodate me.
If you go about closing accounts without letting your customers know what they did wrong, you will soon run out of business.

Good support for a necessarily tedious process.

The Etana process is necessarily a little tedious and a little complex. I see that they have taken the time to further explain how to complete all steps of the transfer process. In spite of this, some issues require support. I am very pleased with their support responsiveness to my questions and concerns.
