beware - they take the money but ship nothing!

I ordered a Stanley cup on the 8th of December. Shipping supposed to take 4-6 days (according to their website). It's the 19th today and no sign of the cup.. Nothing shipped. No update on my order if I go to my profile. Opened 2 tickets already (as there is no phone number??), none to which did they bother to reply to.
It was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my daughter... but it's a scam "gift" instead for me. I said goodbye to €50 just like that. What a disgrace and disappointment!....

No money and no stanley

Basically i have a problem like most of everyone here. Paid, no stanley, no getting back to the customer. If somehow they’d decide to get back to me, i’ll update the feedback. Was supposed to be a Christmas gift…

Updated. So i got a reply on facebook, they replied fast. They ensured me, that i’ll get it by the end of the week. I told them, i’ll get back to them in a week or two if i don’t get the package. I got relieved, i’ll update the review soon.

Update- soooooo…. I contacted the support team again. Waiting for the reply, it’s not here how it was promised. Again, i’ll kep y’all updated.

Last update- they reached out to me, I’m getting a refund, because the cup “got lost in transit”? Since the order never came, i do not believe that the refund is going to come either. Never ever again ordering from them!! Do not recommend!

Thank you Stanley for literally stealing my money

Ordered a limited edition quencher on the 12th of november. Shipping would take 2-3 days. Got a message from DHL that they would receive the package soon. Today (23-11) it still shows they haven’t received my package yet. Tried to contact Stanley twice through Email, which seems the only option? No response to any of my messages. Starting to wonder if there are people out there who did receive their cup? Disappointed since I am a big fan of their cups and would have loved a second one. Thanks for nothing Stanley. This is theft!

Don’t bother!

Ordered a cup towards the end of September. By mid October there was no sign of it, 4-6 working days I was lead to believe initially.
Emailed customer service to get a generic response saying my “replacement” had been shipped???
They still couldn’t give a date though for delivery and then kept closing my ticket yet every time I challenged the ticket closing they admitted it hadn’t been shipped. This happened a couple of times.
By the end of October I gave up and requested a refund. It was supposed to be for a birthday present in early November and thought I ordered in plenty of time. It almost feels like a scam, I wish I saw the reviews here first but I thought it’s such a well known brand I wouldn’t need to check.
Ironically the refund process was pretty quick and money received promptly.

Order has not arrived, no response from Stanley

I ordered a travel cup on Oct 8 (order EU280488) on the EU site for my niece in the Hague for her birthday. It said delivery in 1-3 days. It hasn't arrived - it had a tracking number originally, which has now disappeared from the order, which now says there is no tracking number. I am getting no response from the so-called customer service email, which I have contacted twice. I have requested a refund (Ticket Reference #: 1784882) - seeing the reviews of the bad quality of the products on here I would probably have wanted this anyway! What an extreme disappointment for E50!! And sad that a company as great as Stanley has fallen so low!

Timeline of 1-3 days completely untrue. Received the same response twice that the item is sitting in customs. Took my money out straight away. Would not recommend this company - probable scam. And from other reviews very poor products. Put the message out there not to buy on this website via Facebook. Still not received purchase.

This website is a scam

This website is a scam! I order a slim bottle and paid the money but I never got a confirmation email but I was charged the full amount. I have contacted them two times in the last week and they have not responded to me once. This is worrying for an “official” Stanley website. Buyer beware this site is not trustworthy.

Beware of FRAUD

Ordered quencher it a month ago, never got it. I tried to reach customer service lots of times, they never replied on anythng. They "sent" it thru DHL, but when you try to type it on real DHL pages, it doesn t exist. Tracking number is false. So now Im waiting for PayPal to return my money, because they didn t even replied thru PayPal

Lack of customer service

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Their customer service has to be right up there with some of the worst I have encountered. After filling out numerous emails and web portal contact forms I have not succeeded in getting any further than an email with a ticket number and even this has only happened twice from all the contact.

There has been no follow up, no further acknowledgement of contact. Nothing. If I were to have tumbleweeds drift in front of my laptop it would be more of a response than what I have received from Stanley.

While there are many plaudits about their customer service and their products I could only describe my entire experience as greatly disappointing.

I had high hopes about my ice flow but after reaching out about the lid which came apart in my hand and there being no reply to any form of contact my high regard soon evaporated.

While I am sure many have had great experiences with the company and they have done many amazing things that have been published both in socials and various media platforms, I cannot say the same for myself.

I would not recommend to any of my family or friends, I think the price is vastly inflated for a product that seems to break so easily and given the reviews here it seems to be a theme.

I had such high expectations for my purchase but I can see this was greatly misplaced and you would be better off buying a flask or cup from Pennys (Primark) for the same quality.

Would not buy again which is disappointing.

Waiting on the Customer support to assist with a warranty claim.

UPDATE: Customer support team closed my ticket, denying the warranty claim and stating "The Stanley Adventure Quencher is not leak/ spill proof. It has a silicone seal around the straw base designed to help prevent spills. But the lid is not designed to be 100% leakproof but help prevent spills and splashes."

Moral of the story: If you're paying 50€ for a Stanley don't expect it to hold fluids

SCAM!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

Can someone from customer service contact me please. I have reached out twice via the email address provided on the website and had no response in over 2 weeks. On purchasing the delivery said 1-3 days. I’m now waiting 3 weeks!

Go Quick Flip Waterbottle

I ordered a Go Quick Flip Waterbottle in June. I wanted to return the bottle as it was leaking. Customer Service send me a return link twice but both times it didn’t work!! I asked to send me an address to send the bottle to and since then: complete silence and they made it worse by removing my order for return. I used to be a Stanley lover but those days are gone. Worthless Customer Service!!!!!!

It's a scam, don't even bother.

Made a 75eu order just to have my items (which were meant to be gifts) arrive with the least amount of safety packaging I've ever seen, resulting in major damage towards the most expensive item.

Reached out to customer care multiple times just to be met with utter silence.

For a company that boasts quality, I beg to differ.

UPDATE: I have just received an update from Stanley, and had my damaged item refunded. Bumping up my rating to 2 stars.

1-3 day delivery? I don't think so.

Bought a product with 1-3 day delivery claim.
One week later the tracking link still says the product hasn't been handed over to the mail service.

The product is now listed as sold-out on the website so I guess it was already sold out when I bought it and
that's why it's taking so long. (But that's just my guess)

Customer support didn't pre-emptively warn me of this fact, which means I now have to chase down customer support to resolve this issue which is a huge hassle

Update:
They were not responsive on their e-mail however their customer support portal almost immediately solved the issue, so they get some points for that.

I ordered from the Netherlands DHL wich is also a useless company say they delivered my cup, wich they did'nt. They sent me to customer service Stanley eu, they simply do not respond. My money is gone I don't have a cup and they really don't care.

Just ordered a cup from this website, disappointed to see they use fastway in Ireland! Fastway are the worst courier in the country, have lost numerous parcels on he, I wait with bated breath to see if & when my cup arrives!

Update!!!! Ordered early last Thursday, no update on tracking yet, looks like it hasn’t been dispatched yet! Emailed awaiting reply

Useless customer service, feel scammed

I placed an order of more than 300€, but decided I wanted to return my order. I sent my order back to the stanley warehouse, and the 30th of april i got an email from stanley that they had received both my packages with returned goods(return split into 2 parcels because of item limit) back at their warehouse. It's now may 14th and i am still waiting for my money back. They advertise with free returns and fast delivery, but customer service is -5/5. I've tried to contact stanley on both their customer service email and social media, but i just don't get any response. I should've read some reviews first before ordering. I feel scammed

Bad and slow customer service

I bought a Stanley cup last year, and now the handle broke, so I have been trying to get in touch with customer service since the 30th of March. I have written to customer service no more than 13 times since, only to been thrown in a loop, being told to fill out the same form on the website again and again. Then on the 10th of April, I finally get a nice email saying it’s covered by their warranty, and they will ship me a new one, I just have to write back with the new color I want, because the color I had, is not available in the EU - I bought my cup on the EU website, and the same color is still available, so I don’t understand, but I write back quickly, and pick a new color. It’s have now been week, and I have heard nothing, and I can see that many others have been having the same problems as me. This is so disappointing, has I have been a huge fan of cup, talking it up to everyone I know, and have even recently bought one for my boyfriend as well. Can’t believe such a big company, has such a bad customer service.
Re: Stanley reached out to me, after this review and I have now received my replacement cup, and another cup for
my troubles.
