Had a great experience in-store with Alex, who helped me to select a pair of frames. I went in looking for one particular frame, and he ended up recommending me something that worked much better for my face shape. They were fast and fair and the service was exceptionally good

I found this place searching for different brands because other optical places they are like same brand's, but Eurooptica 😲😳 loved because different,authentic, really good brands finally Yes sir, and the service is over the top quality helpful and well prepared staff,many thanks for the awesome experience. 100% recommended

Beware of this company! I experienced the sane problem as mentioned by another customer where Europtica said the glasses would be shipped in two weeks. I called several times and spoke with different people and they said the same.

Too bad providing incorrect customer expectations. If they do not have the product, they should say it!

At the end, I requested refund and I am waiting to see it in my bank account.

Although it took a while to get my order ( shipped by Economy USPS / I wish there was an option to expedite it at extra cost ) but I eventually received it and it was genuine and beautiful and I am enjoying it every day, Thank you EuroOptica.

Had to replace them and couldn’t find my favorite frames anywhere. EuroOptica had them. Ordered and received them fairly quickly. Nice packaging and reasonable price. I would order from this company again.

From the moment I stepped into this upper east side eye store, I was greeted by a beautiful and welcoming ambiance. The staff's approach was remarkable; they were attentive without being pushy. Moreover, the addition of a coffee bar added a delightful touch to my browsing experience.

During my appointment with Dr. Wong, I was thoroughly impressed by her dedication and attention to detail. She took the time to explain each step of the process, ensuring I felt informed and comfortable throughout. Her professionalism and commitment to patient care were evident.

I must also commend Konstantin for his exceptional assistance and dedication in selecting frames. Despite my unique preferences and smaller face shape, he exhibited extraordinary patience and expertise in finding not just one, but two perfect adult frames for me. They reached out about timeline for shipping (as a courtesy). Quick shipping, nicely packaged and fabulous products.

I found the staff to be very friendly and responded very quickly. I wish I lived in New York so I could go in and try on glasses. They have such variety! I had my heart set on a pair of glasses and they ordered them in for me. They couriered them to me. Unfortunately they didn't suit at all. They were very gracious and allowed me to return them.

EuroOptica has professional customer service that goes well above and beyond to satisfy customers' needs. I needed mineral glass executive or Franklin split bifocals, and although EuroOptica did not have them, it searched for them in the US and EU. Furthermore, EuroOptica found and delivered my frames from the EU, and answered my questions in a timely and courteous manner. I am exceedingly grateful for the service provided and wholeheartedly recommend EuroOptica, especially to those who require high-quality personalized services. My dog chewed up my frames on my prescription glasses and I checked everywhere to located replacement frames. Numerous places, including my optometrist, said they were unavailable as they were discontinued. Frankly, I think no one made much of an effort . . . except for Ellen are EuroOptica. She located the last few pairs still at the German manufacturer. I was in disbelief they found them - until they arrived yesterday and I installed my lenses. Soooo happy!!!

Spectacular humans work at EuroOptica in NYC. I have been on the hunt for a specific pair of glasses (with a relatively high eye prescription) that have HUGE frames - thus, the majority of retailers I contacted told me that they would could or would not order lenses large enough to cut into shape for this pair of frames (frame = GG0890O in Havanna from Gucci).

Thankfully, somehow during my many hours of research online, I found that EuroOptica carried these frames in the brown color I was looking for. I called them, and was lucky enough to get Natalie on the phone - Natalie is a goddess and deserves everything because she went above and beyond the line of duty regarding making sure these glasses could be made and for her consistent follow up. She was able to tell me that these glasses could be made by EuroOptica — and — that I could resend these frames back to them next year when my prescription inevitably changes for a lens replacement - which is incredible. I am so glad I made the call.

Even better - I accidentally ordered the frames, and had the funds returned to me within 48 hours. I then called Natalie back to order the frames and lenses because I was so impressed with her customer service.

ELLEN, by the way, (manager, I believe?) is an absolute saint and has put up with my calls several times with the same level of kindness and respect - you can tell she truly loves what she does and she is amazing with people / customer service. I am an impatient human and tend to over-harass when checking in on things, and Ellen was the BEST. She even upgraded my shipping because of how excited I was about the glasses and because I just finished my master’s degree.

Oh yes - glasses are PERFECT. I own them in black and couldn’t get the brown pair from the same retailer - and I’m glad that’s the case, because I would not be workin g with EuroOptica otherwise; things happen for a reason. Ellen and Natalie have certainly earned my repeat business. I look forward to ordering the same pair of frames in pink from them, and can’t wait to visit NYC one day to meet this amazing team!

Run, - and feel lucky if you live on the east coast - don’t walk, to EuroOptica. Talk about quality, great pricing (especially as I’ve already used my insurance benefits for the year), impeccable care and service - and the glasses, including coatings, are impeccable. Well done on the QC - have had lens issues with several pairs this year from other retailers. Rx is perfect. Amazing group of people, immediately welcomed me with hospitality as I browsed through sunglasses. Would 100% recommend them to anyone!

The areas that make EuroOptica exceptional are the knowledge and teamwork of their staff, the technology, and their frame selection. I've struggled with finding the right progressive lenses for around-the-house and computer work and went through many lenses over the past few years that were always imperfect trade-offs. Dr. Patel and Sean worked together to find the best lens and frame for my lifestyle. I was immediately impressed when I walked in, spoke with Sean, and explained what I needed. Dr. Patel and Sean collaborated to find the right lens and frame for what I needed, and I found this to be really unique because sometimes things get lost in translation between the optometrist and optician. The frame selection was incredible, but I already had researched the boutique before making my appointment. Based upon my preferences, Sean selected some frames that he thought I would like, plus others that I hadn't considered but that would be better fits for my prescription. I ended up going with one of his recommendations, and the pair of glasses that I received are the lightest, best-fitting, and clearest eyeglasses that I have ever owned.

Ellen was amazing! He was so helpful. We were in from out of town and my son lost his glasses. Ellen went out of his way to wait for us toward the end of the day and make sure we were taken care of. He was a life saver.
