Fantastic experience!!! Emily was great!!! The store has state of the art equipment and technology. Amazing stuff. They also have a very wide range of frames and I got a great pair!! Highly recommended.

Purchased new frames & lenses from Sean Gill. Sean was great to work with. My girlfriend & I were there for a long time, and Sean helped us with a LOT of potential frame choices. I bought a pair of red glasses and when I got home and looked in the mirror I just knew I made a serious mistake. Upset with myself, I returned to EuroOptica. The staff was supportive & understanding -- they really wanted me to be happy! Odila Roman searched high and low to find another pair of glasses suited to my narrow face. We found a pair that looked pretty good when suddenly she had an idea -- to try my original red frames in a lighter color. It was the perfect solution!! Not only do I love my new glasses, but I was able to reuse the lenses. EuroOptica has a great collection of frames and excellent customer service. Odila Roman is a talented stylist - and an awesome problem solver.

I could not be happier with the selection, service and speed of delivery of two pairs of Lindbergs.
I was particularly happy with Odila.

I had so much fun choosing from a wide selection of interesting and beautiful frames. Odila was incredibly helpful in working with me to find just the right fit and color. Given that so many shops have frames that are boring and run of the mill, this place is a treasure. The quality of the finished glasses was excellent as well. Can't recommend this shop highly enough.

EuroOptica is hands-down fantastic. Dr. Rimm is incredibly personable and such a delight as a part of the entire Optics team!! 12/10 recommend!!!

All the team have been very kind and caring and professional. It is so convenient to be able make all tests and see the eye doctor in the basement of the shop ! My new glasses are much better than the previous ones, and perfectly suited to my needs. Thank you so much !

I recently purchased several new pairs of glasses at Eurooptica and had a stellar experience. I'd put off getting new glasses for far too long because I hated the process--I always found it intimidating and wound up with glasses I ultimately didn't like. At Eurooptica, however, I worked with a fantastic "eyewear stylist" named Odila. Odila has a great aesthetic and was patient and direct with her indecisive, skittish customer (me!). She was also able to strike a good balance between offering her opinions without imposing them on me. And she made things fun! I've ended up loving my new glasses so much that I returned to Euroopitica to purchase a pair of sunglasses. Yeah! I highly recommend both Odila and Eurooptica!

Sold me something you didn’t have. Refund took several weeks,

HORRIBLE...HORRIBLE...HORRIBLE...I will never ever ever order from u guys again u charged my account immediately and didn't have the overpriced sunglasses I ordered I was told for 4 months that they're being sent out in 2 weeks ...then you sent the conformation with a different pair of sunglasses and on top of that nowhere in the description does it say that if I wanted them tinted like the display photo that it would be an additional 40+ dollars

I came into the store off of the street with my broken pair of eye glasses and not only did they fix them while I waited, but they did a great job in a short time, and did not charge for the repair. Such kindness and professionalism AND some great looking, unique Eyewear there.

Amazing store!! I haven’t had such a thorough eye exam ever. Dr Phen was super patient and and answered all my questions. After exam I was helped by Ellen who was very professional and knowledgeable. She helped me find a perfect frame, explained the differences between various lens options and happened to have my lenses in the store. The guy downstairs was able to make my glasses within an hour. So happy I found them! Highly recommend.

OMG!!! This place is literally out of this world. I scheduled an appointment with the Dr. At eurooptica the equipment made me feel that I was in the future. From as basic as I looked in a mirror and my glasses measurements were done. Noone was finally in my face like in other places. Everyone was so polite and kind, even offered me water. The staff is very knowledgeable, they explained all different types of lenses and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.
