Some stellar customer service!
stopped into EuroOptica just to see if the screws on my vintage frames could be tightened and /or secured-
this inquiry was met with the most admirable effort resulting in a screw replacement + adjusted tightening
-also while waiting, an offer of water, tea or coffee was made
- just straightforward good-natured professionalism available here...thank you EO

The doctors and staff members were great! Very informative and professional, my eye appointment was quick and thorough. They made my whole experience seamless and very enjoyable, plus they have a great selection of eyewear.

I had the first appointment of the day. I barely had to wait for anything. The assistants, optometrist, Eyewear Specialist, Odila, were very accommodating and fast. They offered water, tea or coffee. Odila helped me find the best style for me, had good taste, was knowledge, and was able to help me very quickly find the best style for my face. She worked with me to make sure I could purchase them then and there, in my budget. She's friendly, professional, put the customer shes working with first. I was at ease with her right from the start and never felt out of place. I got exactly what I wanted, the best style, and with no wait. I couldn't be happier.

Starting with Odila Raman, an incredibly warm and helpful person who guided me not to just buy the perfect eye glasses within my budget by going the extra mile but also recommended and scheduled a comprehensive eye check up which lead me to another wonderful team of Natalie, Dr Rimms and the other staff. I have never experienced such luxurious and caring set of people at an eye centre ! Highly highly recommend this team to anyone seeking eye glasses or eye check up ! Loved the extra touch of coffee, assorted teas and chocolates ! Felt very very special on my visit to them yesterday.

Odila Roman, the eyewear stylist who helped me, was incredibly capable and personable. She seemed to go out of her way to make sure my needs were met--and quickly, too. She's raised the bar for service, and I'm very grateful.

Professional and fast service! Came into the store to get my sunglasses fixed. Alex and Jared came to my service and i was out in no time.

Jared was SO helpful! the staff at the entire establishment was so nice and understanding. they helped me with getting contacts on short notice!

I need a complicated progressive lens in my eyeglasses. EuroOptica does a great job; I have used them for 15+ years. They have a nice selection of frames and get the lens right every time. Adela is terrific to work with - very professional and helpful. Ask for her!

I walked in to buy new reading glasses and didn’t see any that were quite right for me, so Ellen and Creig started playing with shapes and colors and made me custom glasses that I absolutely love. Thank you for the superb experience and wonderful glasses!

The optometrist (Dr. Rimm) did a very professional exam and explained everything to me thoroughly. the glasses came out great and arrived BEFORE they were promised. thanks!
