They are just too money minded. Once they get the money they don’t care anymore. Snoopy was literally handed over to us on the road at mc Donald’s (they had an audit at office so they couldn’t do it at office) that was pretty weird way of handling over snoopy. Also he was very dirty and unkept when he was handed over to me. He was so scared already when he came to us. Not at all socialised or desensitised to outside world at the age of 4 months already. No information was passed about what his nature/dislikes or likes were. I paid an hefty amount to get a low grade service. They never reached out to check how snoopy was doing because all that mattered was money. Only an email a year later like an automated feedback mail. They charge double the amount that what an authentic reputed kennel would do for a Bichon frise. I would not recommend them at all.

Everything was perfect. The whole team answered my questions very quickly and efficiently. Baby, now renamed Leyla (Havanese) arrived by car, settled in straight away. She has a fantastic character. I highly recommend Euro puppies. Thank you for giving me the most adorable little girl.

Gabor is a magician.
Great professional.
I bought my first Siberian Husky from europuppy 4 years ago
Achilleas (Charlie) is now a robust healthy mischievous blued-eyed 4-year old male Husky with far more energy than me.
Gabor brought him into my life - a true joy
Yesterday Gabor delivered GIFT (now HERA) again to the cold highlands of south-western Hellas (Greece)
A 15 month old female Husky who is simply beautiful healthy and very smart
Gabor again delivered Hera from Northern Europe after carefully finding her for me, making sure she is fine to be a mate to achilleas, professional in his service, follow up email and deliver of dog in great shape.
Achilleas and Hera are in the alpine mountain tops enjoying each others’ company
A wonderful euro puppy Siberian Husky love story (Tolstoy would be delighted)
Eternally grateful Gabor - truly
Excellent service great professionalism and follow up post delivery continues to be “par excellence”
Great team at Euro Puppy
God bless
Shane Sykes - europuppy canine knowledge editor sent me a kind note of congratulations and every year he sends me happy birthday for Charlie (now achilleas) and I send him back photos of a robust healthy happy 4 year old male Husky
Great team, nice blokes supported by fantastic world class breeders
One hiccup that does not affect my 5 star excellent ratings - you forget to give me a really expensive leash and collar upon delivery for gift - it was a bit awkward tying her to back of utility to take her to the farm which was only 5 minutes away as the courier had to give us a make shift collar thank God
A minor irritation for a job otherwise well done.
God bless you
My deepest thanks.
Andrew K (both Sydney and Kernitsa Peloponness Greece)

As an update to my previous review, I would like the public to know that I sent that review from a few days ago to Shane (Canine “Knowledge” Editor) and Sandor (the CEO) asking if the facts noted in it were true.
I put Shane’s title as Canine Knowledge Editor in quotations because to he never disclosed to me why he has such a position in this organization and why he is qualified to make such decisions as editing knowledge about canines.
I have spent 10 years in private veterinary practice and I still and will not know everything there is in veterinary medicine. But sadly, in the Information Age, most people can learn enough online from different sources to at least act and talk competently to someone who has no prior knowledge of the subject and pass themselves off as a professional.
At any rate, I sent the CEO (Sandor Faygal) this previous review (from 3-4 days ago) to ensure that, unlike his organization, that I reported facts to the public not speculation.
His response is written below :
Dr Campbell…
While most of your statements in the review are factually accurate, there are a few points where we strongly disagree. I do not believe it is appropriate to go into detail on these disagreements here.
While, honestly, to ladies and gentlemen reading this second review, I don’t know how you can disagree with factually accurate statements. That’s why they are facts.
In my opinion, Sandor (knowing that he was responding to an email thread that my attorney was carbon copied on) responded tactfully and appropriately as any CEO would knowing that he was communicating with a litigious customer.
I thought in that email as all of the others I received from him that he did a fantastic job of “covering all of his bases” by giving just enough sympathy (not empathy) yet without assuming any responsibility for sending me genetic unfit animal to me in the US. An heart sonogram taken by the steering wheel of a pickup truck without any identifying features matching those images to the puppy that I got cannot be considered a genetic screening test.
Then too, the first veterinarian that I took this dog to within 24 hours detected the murmur so, in my mind, either EuroPuppy’s veterinarian missed or didn’t disclose it. These puppies that sent must have a preflight check prior to departure. So, that is either negligence or incompetence or both. They (EuroPuppy) will say a grade 1 murmur in a giant breed might be normal and go away. And that is true, but I told them that I want a healthy breeding animal and didn’t tell me it was there to start
I will however note from his last response I received from him, he did offer to have his veterinarian on unknown creditentals review the second cardiology report that I sent Euro Puppy. The first one I sent was the first couple months I had her and the second one was from from a few days ago.
And this time, I made sure the microchip was included on my puppy’s report. So, if I decided that I want his veterinarian (again, who is also paid by him), the group could not say like they did the last time : “there isn’t even a microchip on this report.”
Ladies and gentleman, as a veterinarian myself, I will make you aware that not all veterinarians have the same degree of training. EuroPuppy could be using (though I don’t factually know) a veterinarian who will be reviewing my report from my dog who isn’t a boarded certified cardiologist qualified thus isn’t to make such a call as far as whether or not my puppies murmur was serious enough to threaten her life.
Anyway, I declined his offer of having his veterinarian review my claim and here’s why:
When I first started down this long experience with Euro Puppy, I went to painstaking detail about what I kind of animal (age, breed, sex, features) before putting any money down on an animal and every single dog from the Euro Puppy website that I picked had a genetic health issue.
Oh by the way, in his response, Sandor also told me just recently he honored a “lifetime” guarantee with another client. He may have said this to reassure me but it only proves my points.
I accept that buying a purebred dog there are certain risks of having genetic problems but in the puppy I received there were multiple ones.
To conclude, and this is my opinion rooted in my factual experience with EuroPuppy, this group will post any breeders pups from Europe on their website.
Honestly, I think the only quality control that they have, is removing someone puppies from the website when they find out that there is a problem animal. For me, that meant the very first two Corsos that I picked.
I consider one dog to be anomaly, two a coincidence but three is a pattern. And there is a pattern with Euro Puppy of trying to sell and selling multiple dogs to me with health problems.
Please do not trust this group to spare yourself heartache, frustration, and money

We are very happy with our cavapoo and the service provided by EuropPuppy!
There were few things here and there but it cannot be all perfect! Overall experience was great and our little sweetie arrived safe and healthy!
Thank you for the great service!
It has been about one year since Millie the Maltese breed came to our home and I would like to share with you our experiences so far, she has been fully integrated into the family, without health problems and allergies, this is helped by the daily care but also the choice of antiallergic shampoos and suitable food for Maltese. She is very social, she likes rides, in the car sitting in her basket without causing the slightest problem and in general her character is incredible.
When we have to leave her alone at home she sits on her bed without causing damage. I know everything seems perfect to you but believe me it really is!!!!
Millie (Ex Europuppy name Diamond) is a real diamond!!!! I won't make another review of europuppy just want to thank europuppy for giving us the opportunity to meet and have Millie.
We have not received the Pedigree but we are not interested anymore, perhaps out of curiosity we would know the name of the breeder in order to thank him!!!!

*Update: Just two days after Euro Puppy assured me that my puppy would arrive on the 23rd of ApriI, they have e-mailed me to inform me that she might actually arrive on the 24th. They will say, as they have previously that it is 'only' a delay of 1 day, but it is so much more than that. I am now looking at the possibility of a 6th delay. The complete and utter disregard Euro Puppy have shown towards me in the months since I purchased this dog is breathtaking.*
I have payed Euro Puppy in full for a beautiful puppy. This morning, I received an e-mail from the company; for the 5th time, they are delaying my puppy's transport to the UK. This is the first time they have even offred an explanation for the delay. Up until today, each delay was apparently the result of another customer purchasing a puppy and Euro Puppy delaying the transport so that they could transport as many dogs as possible in one trip, and maximise their profits. Today they cited, 'technical dificulties' as the issue.
Due to continual changes in the date of arrival, I am now unable to get time off work to settle the puppy when she arrives AND I will miss my terminally ill father's birthday celebrations. The Euro Puppy Customer Satisfaction Specialist had the audacity to present this latest delay as one that might actually be convenient to me. He also sent photographs of my puppy that Euro Puppy had already posted publically over the weekend, as if that would make anything better.
I have serious doubts as to whether Euro Puppy plan to deliver my puppy at all. As things stand, I have given them thousands of GB£ and they have given me NOTHING.
*REPLY to Euro Puppy: You are a calous and heartless bunch and you've got NOTHING to be proud of. You have mislead me into buying a puppy that will be an adolescent dog IF she even gets here in April; your assurance counts for NOTHING. You said you would get my puppy to me as soon as possible, not that you would delay time and time and time and time again. You indicated that customers get some choice in arrival dates. You have never given me any choices, not regarding arrival dates and not regarding the mode of transportation. Now you tell me choice doesn't apply to UK customers but delays do. All you care about is money. All you have done in make excuses and attempt to minimise my experience. 'This number of delays is rare, and specific only to puppies brought to people living in the UK.' You have robbed my family of 5 precious weeks with my puppy and you have ruined what could be my father's last birthday. You haven't done a thing to make up for any of this because you don't care to and that's despicable!

We received our pup finely the pug at 6 month in September 2022 and he is the sweetest puppy and has very good temper, but unfortunately we had some health issues when he first arrived as that is normal with the change of place and getting use to new climate, so we did a full body X-ray that was recommended by the veterinary so basically we had a full check up as soon as we received him to make sure all is good in health department also as per Euro puppy request to get puppy to veterinary to be checked as soon as we receive the puppy in the first arrival, sadly we found extra bone growth in the spine which is genetic issue and that was surprising to us, it is usually found in bigger and older dogs but in pug that is not normal the point of Euro puppy was for us try avoid to not have this typ of genetic issue as the are breeder has champions blood Lina and the best of the best breeds. We love our puppy and he is a part of the family but we just hope in the future Euro puppy takes in to account that they should have all pups full body X-ray so that other pet parents do go through this typ of health issues with extra bone growth in the spine which my be painful for the puppy in the future. Please note this issue it is serious and can be prevented from purchasing a puppy with genetic health issues that cannot be treated.

I've waited nearly a year to write this, as I wanted to gather all the evidence I could. I pre-ordered a Chow Chow puppy due to a mix-up with one they had on their site (Fifa.) I waited patiently for her to reach 20 weeks for export which wasn't a problem, they sent me pictures of her too, but those pictures were also put up on the website as a new puppy for sale with a different name (ours was Erika, that dog was called Vita.) Due to Covid-19 we encountered issues importing her, there was only one airline shipping to Scotland from Russia (Turkish Airlines,) and this is where the fun began. She was originally scheduled to arrive on 24/09/2020, however on the 23rd her shipping number was deleted after the scheduled flight took off and it transpired she'd been taken off as a cat was on the flight (Turkish's Ts&Cs don't allow both.) At this point Europuppy pretty much washed their hands of me, it was up to me to now chase up what was happening. A flight was booked for 30/09/2020 arriving 01/10/2020, however the vet in Russia refused to authorise her for travel, so that was another missed flight. We tried again and after my shipping agent threatened TA to refuse import they finally got her on a flight on 7/10/2020. We're not done there! On the 8/10/2020, my dog wasn't on the flight that landed here, she'd been bumped for yet another cat and was now trapped in Istanbul, after many threats she finally arrived on the 10/10/2020, matted fur, covered in urine and faeces, absolutely panicked, starving from not being fed and no food with her, on top of this I had to pay a massive premium for a weekend arrival (TA finally repaid me some of it last month.) This was not 100% Europuppy's fault, but at no point did they try and reassure me, they were more concerned with passing the buck, and blaming anyone else. We've now had Erika (renamed Raven) for 360 days and she's not right and will never be: She's currently lying at my feet after an operation on her eyes which both have deep ulcers, this appears to have been caused by severe allergies that the vets aren't sure the cause of. Both her coats come out in patches revealing a scaly skin condition underneath, if we put a collar or harness on her her skin gets infected, she's going to be on medication for the rest of her life and her vet bills are going to be more than I paid for her. I regret ever using Europuppy, as soon as they received my final payment, my Chow Chow and I became a burden, not a customer and his dog. Avoid this company, they don't actually care about dogs.

Amy is now Rosie! She is a perfect fit for our little family, loves to play with her big sister Daisy (9 yr old Wheaton). They run and play in the garden everyday. We have been on many walks, stopped at a few pubs, and sat outside. Everyone loves her, she made many new friends in just a week!! Thank you for sending us such a wonderful girl!!!
Always received a response when I reached out with questions. We have received much better results from the socialization training than expected. Our puppy is adorable and we are so happy.
Thank you for the beautiful puppy tag.
Euro Puppy has always been great. They were there every step of the way. We were very particular with our needs and finding the right puppy took longer for us, but it was worth the wait. Gabor has always kept us informed about the process and sent us regular updates until Sophie arrived.
I am so happy about the whole experience with Euro Puppy. I tell all my friends!
Tina, our Toy Poodle, arrived a mounth ago and we didn't expect to receive the pedigree so soon. Smart, happy, sweet and sooo cute. Thank you Gina.
Ok, I have tried with these guys. I contacted them a while ago to enquire about a Dane. Long and short. The price advertised to the price they asked for, doubled. Dog from Russia so needs a chaperone etc etc. That should be on the add. I contacted the co -owner and told him my views. He was kind enough to reply, but did not convince me, about misleading on prices. I replied again, stating my point of view, again. Little did I know my wife was in contact with the company seller enquiring about another puppy. I was not to b pleased. My wife pointed out to me, that the adds now state 'all cost included' in price for a dog. I was elated, to the point of contacting owner again to express how happy I was that, you include all costs. I put ,'I am sorry i cannot retract my comments, but he needs to be proud of his company for letting us know all the facts' He hasn't responded to my last 3 positive emails. Back to the story, we went to purchase a puppy (sadly she was our second choice, because the breeders apparently would not come down in price for our first choice) . Asked a few questions. The reply was 'The total cost of the puppy is what's stated + € 850 Euros for road delivery from London +20%VAT.
Dreams shattered again.
Peace ✌out.
I think people can make up their own mind. 1 star, I have had nothing but disappointment from you on two occasions now. Why can't you just make clear on the add +Travel costs. It a play on peoples heartstrings. Peace ✌ out

Can't really speak bad about euro puppy but things for us went wrong We purchased a bulldog and she arrived in a healthy condition except she took a while to settle, as if she was mistreated in the past.
For the first few weeks every thing was fine untill she developed cherry eyes and had to go In for an operation to correct her eyes. (A normal genetic disorder for bullys) Shortly after her hips started popping after a good run. Again a fairly normal issue, that put an end to her long walks and she was devastated, then last month at age 6 she was diagnosed with genetic lymph cancer. Now on to my issue. We purchased her with the insurance, and when we contacted euro puppy we found the insurance wasn't worth the paper it was printed on. The reasons as follows. When she was diagnosed euro was informed and they wanted a full report on the condition before they would investigate and inform the breeder of the issues. The vet costs for the operation to obtain a biopsy exceeded the value of the europuppy insurance. This cost only increased after she passed away when we asked for a full report. The quote was just over 2500 euro to comply with europuppys requirements. Meaning to comply would cost us more than the cost of the family member. If you buy from euro puppy I'm sure you will have a good experience but ignore the worthless insurance and just enjoy the pet. For us we had ours for only 6 years, but she was worth it

Dear Gina, dear Gabor,
yesterday our Nelly arrived healthy with us. After the initial fear, she has become more and more courageous after eating and drinking.
In the afternoon and evening it was visible that she had fully arrived.
She is such a cute puppy dog. We are overjoyed to have her with us.
Many thanks to you for the great support. I always got all my questions answered quickly. I felt very well taken care of with you.
Many Thanks!
I am so happy I chose my puppy Bella from Euro Puppy. I have had bad issues in the past dealing with breeders directly, and with other online sites. I take it really seriously to make sure that the puppy from my daughter was healthy, and from a good environment. Seeing Euro Puppy had been around for 20 years was the first good sign, so I got in touch. And from the start their customer service team was very helpful. They couldn't always get every request I had, but really did their best to answer all my questions, both before and after I chose Bella. She arrived my a van specially arranged by Euro Puppy, and though quiet at first, she arrived healthy, and really beautiful. I can truly tell I have a champion line puppy with Bella.
So reassured after a long search for my puppy.
