Thanks for the review and apologies that you were charged duty on your import, this should not have been the case.
I have looked into this and there was a declaration missing from the paperwork which would have set the import duty to 0%.
This is our mistake and I offer my most sincere apologies.
If you can please get back in contact with us and provide us with the import duty document showing the value of duty paid then we will issue a credit for the value.
Once again, i apologise for the oversight on our behalf and i look forward to hearing from you so that we can get this rectified.

It's been two months since ordering and paying for a air pump hose for my Ferrari. Other than the order number I have received no communication from them? I have sent messages but received no reply! If you are wise you will not deal with this company since their customer service is nonexistent.

Thank you for your email.
I can see that you placed your order 02/11/2020 22:09 and we emailed you the following day (03/11/2020 10:16) informing you that your order has been cancelled as the part ordered was no longer available from Ferrari and on this occasion we had no alternatives available to offer you.
Your payment was cancelled and returned to you at the same time.
We then received an email from yourself chasing your order 07/01/2021 21:27 which we replied to 08/01/2021 09:14 confirming that your order had been cancelled.
Based on your review we can assume that you did not receive these emails so i can understand your frustration however can i ask you to check your spam folder and / or add orders@eurospares.co.uk to your safe senders list so that we do not have the same problem in the future.
Unfortunately on this occasion we can't supply the hose ordered as it has been made obsolete by Ferrari however i would like to suggest that you keep an eye on the cars breaking page of our website and if we get a suitable car in for breaking then we should be able to supply a used part from a donor vehicle.
Once again, i'm sorry if you didn't receive our communications however if you could re-check your emails then we can avoid any future problems and if there is anything we can do to help rectify your experience then please let us know.
