Evelyn Jewellery Reviews 

I have just received an item that I expected to be of quality. It was originally priced at £112.00 according to their website and reduced to £27.99 due to the company closing down.
They represent themselves as a western company but are in fact in China.
What I received is the quality of what you may receive from a cheap Christmas cracker.
Steer well clear of these scammers

I thought I’d check reviews first. I’m in the UK. ALL of the 5 star reviews write ‘their’ review in exactly the same way, they all start with the item they bought. No one does that let alone EVERYONE! I believe the UK reviews SCAM!!!

PLEASE do not believe any of the positive reviews on here! I would have preferably given no stars but it wasn’t possible. This is an absolute scam! I bought a silver bracelet, a silver ring with gold-coloured threads in the middle and a silver 3 layered necklace. What a con! None of the pieces are silver, the gold of the threads on my ring has all rubbed off, the bracelet is missing a clasp and a stone that was supposed to dangle from it and the bracelet itself is made from squares of a cheap grey metal which is held together on a piece of cheap elastic! Additionally, the necklace is too small to even do up! And that’s not silver, either. I have wasted £60 on this rubbish.
I definitely don’t think the “Evelyn “ in the picture is anything to do with the site. It’s a ploy to get you to buy. And “jewellery” is not spelled “jewelery”, as you would expect from an American company. Also if you look at the reviews, they all start with a description of the bought item. This is not the way that everyone would start a review. Lastly I caught a glimpse of the delivery driver who happened to be a Chinese woman in a private car. Don’t be an idiot like i was………..

I ordered jewellery which never arrived. They marked the items as delivered, stating it was no longer their responsibility that I never received the items. Customer service totally not interested even though I said I have security footage that shows no delivery was made at the time and date they claimed.
I believe it is a complete scam

The product received is not as described or as shown in the image on the website. Apparently everyone in the US is delighted and those in the UK disatisfied.. Hmmm! Also the same products are advertised on other sites as closing down sales. All have only 4 products left!

Unlike other reviewers I chose to check Trustpilot before buying and I'm so glad I did as I am always suspicious of ads on the particular platform I saw this on. My suspicions seem to be confirmed. I just wish there were checks on the many ads on the platform as there are some wonderful people making great videos but I just have to skip the ads because most seem to be scammers.

This website is a scam!!! There is no Evelyn 'retiring', therefore vast reductions on Jewellery items. Description and photos of craftsmanship and quality promised, misrepresent the actual products recieved. They come from a mass China production line. Go NOWHERE near this website. I have opened a dispute with PayPal and this company has come back with partial refund. Unacceptable.

Misleading Product – Extremely Disappointed

I am extremely disappointed with the ring I received. It looks nothing like what was shown on the website or social media. The item appears cheap and poorly made — certainly not worth the money I paid. I feel misled and believe this may be a scam.

Based on my experience, I now question the authenticity of the glowing reviews I saw before purchasing. This has made me lose trust not just in this seller, but in the review platform as well.

I urge others to be cautious before buying and to thoroughly research sellers outside of review sites alone.

Scam, all the good reviews are from the USA and virtually all have left just one review on YouTube, the few that show 2 reviews are a 2nd review for this retailer or another scam company, all reviews have been left over the last 2 weeks only. It's highly suspicious activity and I'd pay attention to the people who left negative reviews saying they got cheap junk jewellery instead of gold. Note also, it purports to be an American company but jewellery is spelt as it is in the UK, Americans don't spell it that way. And, the same picture has has been used in other scams so it's definitely not a genuine website. Buyer beware, avoid this website!

Buyer beware....this is a SCAM.....they come from China & are very cheaply made....costume jewellery not worth even the sale price. Thought they were coming from Germany as all correspondence had to be translated from Germany but the Return address is China......a real disappointment 😞

The products from this company are cheap and nasty!! There are lots of different named companies e.g. Claire's Jewellery with a picture of the same woman. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I got a incomplete necklace ocean oath had no beads on the wave and the wave was to big for the circle it was in very very disappointed this was a brithday present ALSO IT KEEP REPLYING TO ME IN GERMAN I KEEP AS THEM TO WRITE IN ENGLISH WHICH MY ORDER WAS WRITTEN IN NOT HAPPY not expe ting a refund terrible Pauline Skinner
