Buyer beware
Placed an order 29/11/2019. Confirmed in email. No further contact or progress since. Having read other reviews, this company seems to be at best dreadful and at worst an outright scam.
This was after placing an order with their other trading name namastevaporizers in which the same thing happened before they cancelled the order without contacting me or any explanation as to why.
From the 1 star reviews my experience seems the norm. As for the 5 star reviews, let say they seem a little ... artificial. BUYER BEWARE.

Contrary to the assertion below, they absolutely have not emailed me on 2nd Dec, spam or otherwise, and they 100% cancelled a previous order from their other trading website without any notification. Rather than create this fictional narrative, perhaps you could focus on actually delivering customer service and contacting your customers.
For anyone else reading this, ask yourself, which are more likely to be real reviews, the 1 star ratings highlighting this company's consistent failings or the 5 star one line, poorly spelled ones?

Great customer service
Absolutely fantastic. I ordered before the black Friday deal just a day or so and then realised there was 30% off so I could have saved £20 on my purchase. I emailed them and they refunded the difference. Thank you everyone does it.Co.UK one very happy customer.

I bought a device which was faulty, they gave me a replacement quickly. Unfortunately, that one also had the same fault - they gave me a gift card.
Cannot fault the customer service, the device being faulty is out of their hands so 5*

Purchased my first Vaporiser from here during Black Friday sale. They had an amazing 30% off site wide. Ordered the Friday morning and it was dispatched the same day with delivery on Monday. I woke up Sunday morning with a text from the courier telling me my parcel would be with me by Midday! A whole 24 hours early!
Item was discreet and well packaged and also came with a free metal grinder and leather tray which i did not expect at all.
Overall very happy with Namaste and will be a returning customer for sure!
