Very helpful and unique items, too!
I received a voucher from Everything But Flowers as a birthday gift from my parents overseas. They have sent me vouchers for this site before, and I've always been able to find something fun and different.
However, this time I misplaced the voucher/deleted the email and basically could find no record of it. After contacting the company, they were able to send me a new voucher code, no problem.
I had some issues with the ordering process online, so contacted them on the online chat, and when they couldn't resolve it that way, they rang me to sort it out.
My gifts are now on the way and I'm very pleased to be able to thank my parents for the unique items I'll soon have in my kitchen.

Was an easy process to send a gift from overseas to my father.
Dad said the chocolates were wrapped beautifully and left where my delivery instructions requested.
They were also delivered on time.
