I am so happy we have a travel agent in Peacehaven. I have had excellent service over the years from a variety of agents, all good. I phoned from the middle of the Mediterranean on my way to Barcelona and they organized a ticket for me to the cathedral there when no one else could do it. They have also booked flights and hotels for me. Efficient, friendly and always answer the phone.

Amazing support to book our family-moon to disneyland paris.

With planning a wedding I really didn't have the energy to plan a honeymoon too. Jasmin took it all over and I didn't lift a finger. She was kind helpful and discussed everything in detail about the whole trip.
I honestly couldn't have done it without the support.
We had the best holiday and have so many great memories due to Jasmin being so precise with every detail.

Used for the first time for our last minute holiday to Gran Canaria, Chloe and Katie helped us no end through the whole booking process and was so much easier physically talking to someone than online! Over the years I have used various travel agents, but none have been as professional and customer caring as Experience It Now. Chloe from the Peacehaven branch has been outstanding, easy to contact via phone or email and always willing to help. The Safari holiday we booked came in at the best price and also included lounge access as a little extra, to top it off we received a nice thank you note and chocs too, amazing! Hiya, we booked a holiday through Experience it Now and we're super excited about it. Unfortunately, our circumstances changed and we weren't able to go. But the level of support and attention and help we were shown by Georgia was unbelievable. She helped us find a solution that works for us and I now have two excited children looking forward to their first flight on a plane. We haven't been the easiest customers but nothing has been too much. In particular, the personalised, professional communications have been prompt and exemplary. I won't use another travel company again. Any company can appear competent when things go right but it is what happens when things go wrong that makes a company stand out from the rest.
