I was recommended by a friend to visit experience it now travel (peacehaven branch). I wanted to book New York for my 50th birthday next year. On arrival at the shop I met with Chloe, I explained I wanted to go to New York and with her kindness and knowledge we booked our break.
I have been so happy with the friendly service I’ve received. Chloe has been so informative and patient making sure that I was going to get the best from my holiday. I have used email to correspond as well as visiting the shop, I want to say both Chloe & her colleague Ellie are so efficient in their replying.
I would highly recommend this shop to anyone wanting that happy friendly and human experience to booking their next holiday.

I’ve booked 3 holidays with Chloe now at the Peacehaven Branch, her and her team are very welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and have loads of patience as I’m really fussy lol. Would absolutely recommend them 100% 👍 I’m looking forward to planning more upcoming holidays 😊

We went into the travel agents for advice on flights to Australia. Julia was very knowledgeable as she had been there. She gave us different options for stopovers and prices. All the staff at Seaford branch are wonderful and go over and beyond. Especially Georgia, she helped me so much with picking out my holiday that she made sure she could find me the best deal. She’s very patient and understanding.

The moment I came in to ask for some advise the girls were really good Chloe H came over and politely asked if she could watch as she is new which I agreed to. When coming in the second time Chloe H stood up with a smile and great welcome remembering that I came in the other day she sat with the other lady watching her go through details and then took me over to her computer and continued to apologise as she was new and the system was a bit slow. Very lovely, helpful and polite ladies I appreciate your help today

Over the last couple of months Jasmin has been so helpful in working with me to plan our trip to America next year, she has made some great suggestions, and nothing is too much trouble for her. The staff at Experience Travel now at our Langney shopping centre Branch were very helpful.
Kim paid every attention to detail to ensure there was a smooth transfer from Heathrow to Toronto and Quebec to pick up our cruise ship.

Jasmin our travel consultant was brilliant, she listened to what we wanted and gave us suggestions that matched what we had talked about, she gave us time to decide and then booked it for us with complete ease, she kept us updated right up until we travelled. When we came home there was a really lovely postcard on our doormat from her & the company which was a really wonderful touch and surprise, she is an asset to your company and we will definitely use you again.

Fantastic service. Had booked trip pre covid. The team had worked so hard to manage all the postponements, cancellations and rebookings. Nothing was ever too much trouble. No matter who I spoke with, no matter which branch, they were in the know and could help me.
Takes the stress out of pre holiday preparations as they deal with everything.
Cannot recommend more highly. Will always use in the future.
