Phone numbers on website inactive. Live chat doesn’t work. Heaven forbid you make the most minor change on your policy. Getting charged just for breathing. Cancellation fee as standard. Just straight up trash experience for bike insurance.

Took out a motorcycle policy yet they added extra premium to the policy as they thought they found a fault claim against me. I sent them emails to prove it was a no fault claim but they didn’t reply or adjust policy so paid more for nothing another rip off company to try and avoid !
