The driver was very rude to begin with - I had to ask him to wear a mask and what he said was ‘you’re scared, ya?’. It really did not feel right. Every driver/ passenger need to wear a mask and that’s a rule.
It was also taking longer than what usually takes to the airport so when my boyfriend asked how long it’ll take, the driver shouted at him.
We really didn’t feel comfortable and felt not right the whole time while we were on the car.

I was very happy with the service provided by Express Car Service. I usually book a cab for a pick up time of at least 45 minutes after I land as it always takes a long time to go through security and collect your bags, however on this particular flight we landed early and everything seemed to move quicker that usual and I thought I would have to wait for the driver, but when I walked through the arrivals door he was there waiting me. He said that they track the flights if you provide them with your flight number, and saw that it was arriving early. The driver was polite, helped me with my bags and got me back home safely.

Would use again—however had to pay an extra fee for covid safety but we were still required to sit in the front seat.

Driver didn't know London very well and Google maps isn't the best navigator.

On time (at 3am no less) and a speedy trip to airport. Couldnt reccomend more will 100% be using for every airport transfer

Would not offer a refund, despite Covid 19 forcing us out the country and dropping the car back less than 48 hours after we picked it up and initially agreeing to a refund!

Reliable service arrived on time for an early pickup for the airport. Friendly, helpful driver. When I called the previous evening to check the booking, the office were polite and efficient.

The ride was fine but I specifically decided to pay with a credit card yet when the ride was over I was told I had to pay with cash and luckily I had cash on me.

Excellent service, always reliable turning up on time. Clean cars and courteous drivers. The app in particular is great as you can book ahead easily, track where the car is and when it will arrive just like Uber.
