Been using express cars for over 18 years, always friendly, always professional, always adaptable, I use uber and kapten as well, but I honestly hands down can say you won't find a better service and a level of integrity from these companies in comparison to Express.

Lone lady at 3,30am
I went on 26th December from North London at Gatwick Airport North Terminal around 3,30am. The driver was punctual, kind and trustable. I can definitely to say that for a lone lady it was an excellent service.

Taxi was 45 minutes late
Taxi was 45 minutes late - through no obvious fault of the driver who was caught in traffic and was friendly and professional.
However, the dispatcher was not particularly helpful or sympathetic (the delay was at 1am - 1:45 and I was traveling with two kids). More importantly, they offered no discount, which I found surprising and disappointing.

First time we have used express car services so always nervous especially with a North London to Gatwick run Christmas week ! However our driver arrived exactly on time , had a new style car with plenty of room and the best price I have found so top marks all round . We will be using them again !
