Highly recommend

Great experience- picked up on time and the journey was smooth. I would use Express Cars again for airport transfers.

Will book express cars for all airport runs in future

I didn't book the cab correctly through the app and called at 3am looking for the cab I thought Id booked. No problem at all a cab was sent straight away the driver was very helpful and was equally concerned i would miss my flight when we hit traffic.
I didn't miss the flight fare as as stated, a nice direct route the driver knew his way without over reliving on a satnav.

10/10 experience

The experience was great. The driver was there on time. He was very polite and helpful, he even asked if we wanted to withdraw money he could take us to a cash machine. Also, he made sure we checked we had the important things to fly, so nice! I’m very satisfied.

Express cars are generally great…

Express cars are generally great however our last trip took exceptionally long, the route drivers followed relies purely on what gps tells them and not on experience without the use of technology. Twice we have tamed the most bizarre routes to our destination when as a person who have driven in london would instinctively taken a more obvious route saving time especially when you have a flight to catch

Fantastic!

Fantastic!! Easy to use app and the diver was there 5 mins early to pick us up.... reasonable fixed price to the airport.... will definitely be using this service again... highly recommend

Super

This was the first time I had used Express cars. I was going to Heathrow for a work trip, leaving during rush hour. Cannot fault the service. Car arrived 3 minutes early, driver was delightful, car was clean. Price was a fraction of other companies I have used. Will be using again.
