Lovley doors delivered to address great quality great price can’t wait to get them fitted

Ordered 3 different doors with them and was told one would be back in stock in two weeks time which was fine and in order to avoid extra delivery cost all would be sent together. Delivery day arrives and no word from them so phone them up to be told the doors I had been waiting for had come in but they were out of stock of the other doors I had already ordered and would be another month before they were back in. Cancelled order as they were completely unhelpful and didn't seem to recognise their incompetence.

Absolutely horrible service from this “ghost” company who do not value their customers and takes about 4 weeks and still ongoing to be contacted by a member of management and all I get from customer service operators are lies and all managers are not in the office …. Not a trustworthy website .

Ordered and got information of delivery as stated. Delivered on time. The driver was very polite.

The doors are good quality and packed well with easy instructions on what to do on delivery. Not to sure why there are bad reviews ? They were easy to order, delivery information was easy to follow and the tracking of the delivery was brilliant! The driver was friendly… will definitely use the company again 👍

Easy to navigate website and make my selections, just 4 days between placing my order and the goods being delivered, Samuel delivery driver was very helpful and left the goods exactly where I wanted.

I ordered a clear pine veneer fire door that arrived earlier than I was expecting. The door looks lovely and was packaged very carefully to ensure it was not damaged in transit.

I decided to order some plain flat fire doors from Express Doors Direct because they were cheaper than buying them from my local Selco or Wickes. It turned out to be an excellent decision.

The delivery company they used, Furdeco, was also fantastic. They provided a GPS-based tracking system, allowing me to see exactly when the driver would arrive. This meant I didn’t have to wait at the property all day, which was especially important as it wasn’t my home address.

From ordering to delivery, the whole experience was smooth and hassle-free. I would happily recommend Express Doors Direct to anyone looking for quality doors at competitive prices with an excellent delivery service.
