Delivery process was exceptional. I was kept up tp date frequently, and more to the point accurately. I could track the progress of the delivery down to the exact moment it arrived.

Seamless and easy from ordering to receiving delivery. Especially good at delivery information and being kept up to date of where driver was. Real plus for me.

Great range of doors to choose from at very reasonable prices. Ordered 2 internal doors & 2 sets of handles Monday, all delivered following Tuesday. Kept up to date on progress for delivery. Driver delivered with care. Small mark at the bottom of one of the doors, other than that they were perfect! Ordering was simple. And the doors were promised within seven working days which they were. I was advised of the delivery time slot and they came as promised. Henry who delivered them was great, very professional and courteous. All ten were put in the garage by Henry. Quality looks good. I can’t fault the experience and service. I was nervous about spending that amount. But glad to say, great experience.

Delivery was on time, and the driver was very pleasant and friendly. All doors looked in good condition on delivery.

I ordered the doors online which showed all in stock. However 2No. doors were not in stock and delivery had been withheld pending these 2N0 door coming. I was not advised of this and only found out when I chased after the 7 days delivery. Was then advised that they would split the delivery but I still had to wait 5 days for the in stock doors to be delivered and was not allowed to collect them. The 2No outstanding doors are coming into stock today but will not be delivered until next week so I have arranged to collect but still not allowed to collect until Friday. Original order was 13/04/26. So i have had to put my customer back twice now and they are desperate for the work to be done as holding them up.

Delivered on time. Doors look to be undamaged and just as ordered.

Was a good selection of internal doors to choose from with competitive pricing. The door seems to be well made, the frosted glass panels are all well seated with no noticeable flaws. Despite the door being packaged in cardboard, the plastic wrapping on the door was slightly torn and as a result there was a dirty mark on the door, but as it was pre-primed for painting it's pretty much a non-issue and disappeared under the paint.

1 star off for the delivery. Despite the £40 cost of regular delivery, the courier used to deliver the door is currently 34th out of the 34 of Trustpilot and clearly didn't want to deliver during the late night Friday slot that they assigned, opting instead to mark the delivery as a failed attempt rather than coming anywhere near the delivery address until the following Monday, consequently preventing me from being able to hang the door until the following weekend.

I require a couple more internal doors in the near future and would consider using Express Doors again, but would be wary of the delivery experience.
