Brought some bins off this company from Amazon. The bins were not as advertised. They agreed to refund me and accepted my concerns. 5 weeks afer agreeing refund no refund received. Totally usless and morally bankrupt company. If only I had seen the reviews below before purchasing. Its basically a SCAM - beware.

Ordered 240v transformer, processed order, then refund .Ordered same in 415v,processed order,then refund. E-mailed info asking what HAVE you got.No reply. Will see if refunds back in bank

Excepted order on 10th April 2021 and took payment, cancelled order on 14th April 2021 due to insufficient stock.
On checking website it still listed the item and allowed me to place in basket and proceed to payment.
The website obviously has no real time connection to actual stock levels so it is a case of pot luck.
I did receive a refund promptly on 14th April, but I would have rather had the item ordered.

3 days after my order, I get an email saying " your order has been cancelled and your money refunded. Reason not enough stock"
Not, "sorry, we have had to cancel your order" or "can we suggest this product instead"
Obviously things run out of stock... but 3 days after I place my order?

Ordered two emergency lights online and payment was made on Wednesday morning. On the Friday I received an email saying my order had been cancelled as they didn’t have the correct stock on the website.

Slight issue with wrong item being delivered which has now been corrected. Other than that very easy to deal with.

Purchased 3 x MCBs, and was sent a tub of screws, plugs, and drill bits along with 4 roles of electrical tape.

Tried contacting them on 4 occasions, via their website, and by direct email over a week ago, still no response.

I will not be ordering from them again.

Have not received order as yet very poor service

Found the product I was looking for. Ordered it. Order cancelled - no stock.

Don`t buy anything from this company. I placed an order about a month ago and haven`t received any delivery date, I have e mailed them twice to ask where my order is and they have ignored my messages. All I have received is this message asking how I rated their service. this is the lowest possible rating I can give but if there were lower options I`d chose it.

I rang for advice and received the most helpful, professional and friendly response. It was how these things should be done.

Order was taken & paid for then 3 days later received an email saying no longer stock items so unfortunately could only give 1 star as I had to put the job back as I lost 2-3 days waiting.

The order was confirmed. I waited over week for the company to let me know that they were on their way. I chased the order only to receive an email that they had cancelled the order. Covid-19 was the reason given??

A few days after ordering my order was cancelled as they cant get a courier to deliver to glasgow

Still waiting for my order, emailed you and had no response. Can’t find a contact number, very bad experience all round!
