Item ordered and cancelled by them
Ordered a bathroom fan that said was in stock only to get an email the following day to say it was not in stock so they were cancelling my order and refunding me. I now have to wait for my refund coming back in to my account.

Seem like a glorified drop shipping…
Seem like a glorified drop shipping company. I knew more about the product stock levels than they did and they didn't even have what I wanted in stock. Then they tried to tell me that the manufacturer didn't have my product in stock even though I'd already spoken with them and they'd confirmed with me they had almost 500 in stock. They won't be getting any more orders from me. The only positive I can take from the whole experience is how quickly they completed my refund.
