This company isn't trying to deceive anyone, their website is transparent and unambiguous.
However, let's be clear... you are essentually spending a lot of money on fruit. Just fruit... that you see everyday in the supermarket at a 5th of the price. Nobody is going to receive a hamper from these guys and be impressed. All they'll do is empty it and put it with the rest of the fruit that they've just bought from LIDL. There are much nicer gifts you can give than expensive fruit.

I used their Pakistani site, and although I was skeptical at first but they went completely above and beyond. My order was on very short notice, and there were a lot of items. They not only delivered precisely but they were punctual as well. I had chosen before 2:00PM delivery, and despite me placing the order on the same day at 10:00AM, they delivered it right on time. I couldn't be more happier. The recepients of the gifts were so happy too.

Late arrival
I was informed on 11 January this parcel had been sent by Royal Mail and was being tracked. It was due to on arrive on 12 January. It didn’t, nor on 13 th. I tried the tracking and it just sepsis it had gone for delivery . Arrived today 14 th. This was something I was waiting for. Why couldn’t you just say it will be delivered in the next few days?

I chose this company because they promised to deliver on the following day. I needed to get a gift to a colleague on Saturday and made the purchase well before the cut off at 5.00 pm on Friday. Dont deliver what they take order for
I ordered a cake and flowers bouquet on their website. The flowers that were delivered were totally different from what was ordered and were of inferior quality. Cake also looked shabby and did not measure up to the promise. Order number 58179...

The parcel I bought was A fresh fruit basket for my 92 yo dad who as been in hospital nearly 5 weeks! I've not seen him since we'll before lockdown! Due to my ill health and covid. I would love to visit but I can't I live in Yorkshire my dad in Anglesey. So I thought I would send h the fruit as he loves the stuff and it would hopefully cheer him up!
The fruit arrived at the hospital next day as requested! But The delivery Driver from DPD didn't follow instructions and deliver the parcel to the Said location on the delivery address??! (But that's another Review waiting to happen!)
It's Not down to EGS I get that! BUT what is down to them is NOT returning numerous emails and telephone messages I left for them over the weekend!! Totally ignored ALL of them!!
So it was left down to ME to chase up DPD and the Hospital to see where the said parcel was??!
Thankfully after phonecalls/Emails to the hospital and the fantastic work of a hospital volunteer!(who actually went out and bought Apples/Bananas and Oranges and delivered them to my dad's ward on Saturday so he atleast had some fruit to be going on with!!!) Who managed to track it down. My dad received his parcel today!!
I was dreading what state the fruit might be in after 3 days been stuck in a room somewhere? But my dad says it was fine? Which is some consolation I suppose!!

Old Cold Stale Food Delivered
Always use another service to give gifts in pakistan. It still bothers me that people in Pakistan would cheat about something so trivial. Ordered a whole KFC meal- all , I mean ALL of the food was stale- it actually stunk. The buns were hard. French fries were shriveled and stale and the chickens stank- they handed my entire family old food. nice~! All thrown into the trash . I will never use this service again, buyer beware

Disappointing Service
Order #52595 : Delivered late by 2 days after charging additional delivery fee. One of the items missing and another replaced in the pack. No response for email even after 10 days and not responding to phone calls too.
Stay away to avoid disappointment.
Shockingly bad, avoid like the plague
I ordered a fruit basket and nuts as a Christmas gift. The basket was not delivered on time. The nuts were completely missing despite being charged for then. The fruit was in a shocking condition. Over ripe and badly bruised. You would never buy such poor quality fruit in the supermarket never mind send it as a gift! The packaging tissue was orange which makes me think it was left over Halloween tissue. I complained and sent pictures. I had one email saying they would investigate this but I have had no further replies to my further emails. One star feels too much for them. It is literally the worst fruit basket that I have ever seen. Awful product and non existent customer service.

If I could give you a zero I would. Basket was delivered to the goods receiving area at the hospital on a Saturday where there were no staff until monday. I paid premium delivery for next day delivery. The basket which was packed in a cardboard box was to be left in good receiving until Monday when someone would have found it. Nope, they don't deliver the Get Well fruit basket to hospital reception, but instead to good deliveries. On top of that, some of the fruit was spoiled by the time that I myself located the basket, at great expense with several international calls to the hospital staff. Surprise surprise express gifts customer service still won't take responsibility for the lousy service and actually asked me to please ask the patient, in the acute cardiac ward, to send photos of the dramaged fruit. Seriously, just avoid them. You're paying premium price for rubbish.

This company is diabolical ordered a fruit basket for my dad for Father’s Day, told the day before late afternoon that they don’t offer next day delivery to the Isle of Wight this was not written below the fruit basket but apparently is in the small print somewhere else. The gentleman I spoke to put the phone down and did not care that my father had not received anything on Father’s Day. He was rude and totally unhelpful. I emailed Saturday and they could not be bothered to respond. No apology or compensation offered would never use again.

Avoid........Ordered a fruit basket and paid extra for next day delivery. The gift was delivered......to the wrong address! On sending an email complaining I was less than satisfied with the tone of reply. Will never use this site again!

Very bad and disorganized website and service. I ordered a combo package for my sisters birthday. The package was supposed to have a box of Quality Street chocolate , 24 Pink fresh roses and a bangle set.
BEWARE- their website does not reflect any out of stock items- we do NOT LIKE Ferrero Rocher - I had selected the Quality Streets box for a reason. If it was not in stock then the item should not be on their e-commerce website.
Express Gift Service staff said - they cannot help it if the item on their website is out of stock.
The Rose flowers buds that were delivered were stale and browning- a horrible reflection of your partners in Lahore.

Miserable service
I had placed 2 orders from Uae to Uk for 5th of June(Eid Day)for my husband, the cake was delivered to someone else instead of my husband & bouquet of flowers was left outside his house & he wasn’t aware of it as it was surprise from my side, these people didn’t bother to call him ones upon raising the complaint they sent 1 fake proof of receipt which I’ve attached below, it’s been 2 days nobody come up with solution, I would suggest you all think wisely before u order them. I don’t want anyone to suffer the way I did.

Total shambles - ordered what (on the website) looked like a lovely cake decorated with red roses and white flowers with a simple red ribbon
What arrived was nothing like the picture - a single red rose which was totally squashed flat - and a seriously tacky happy birthday ribbon in a cheap transparent material around the cake.

Too embarrassed to give to the recipient. Will never use again
