Excellent. Great customer service. Ordered a pair of Oakley varifocal sunglasses. When they arrived they were not quite right for reading. Extreme immediately responded that they could make a change and resolve the issue, and told me I could keep the pair they had sent until new ones arrived. I’m really pleased with the new pair. Thanks Extreme - you definitely have a returning customer when my prescription changes.

I had an excellent purchasing experience with Extreme Eyewear in the UK. Their team was very helpful pre-purchase, ensuring I received my prescription Oakleys before my holiday. I ordered on July 30th and received them by August 8th. This is my second time buying from them, and the process, including pupil distance measurement, was impressively quick. I previously had an issue with a crack in my glasses, which was promptly resolved under warranty. Great service! I’ll definitely order from them again. Thanks!

“Wow” pretty much covers my experiance, from the simplicity of ordering to delivery of the product, I made an error when ordering, when I contacted Simon and the team, he quickly resolved my error and ordered me me what I needed. 6 weeks on and these are without doubt the best glasses I have had. In a word Game changers, highly recommend this company.

Just received my new Rudy Project Rydon perscription glasses and as usual Simon and his team have done a great job.
Glasses fit great and perfect vision from the lenses.
These are probably my 6th pair of glasses that I've had from Extreme Eyeware and I'm sure they won't be the last.

Gave these guys a try after failed attempts at my local nationwide optician chain store to obtain varifocal sunglasses.
Extreme eyewear were very helpful on the phone when I asked for advice, clear website, cheaper than getting them from my optician and delivered as promised. Zero fuss and I have the sunglasses I wanted with the correct prescription in. What’s not to like!!

I had some old obsolete distance Oakley prescription sunglasses which I had bought at an opticians years ago. My prescription had changed so the glasses were useless to me and the optician said they couldn't be reglazed - I had to buy new glasses (at a huge price) with different frames.
I chanced on Extreme Eyewear website, couldn't believe my luck and bought new Oakley lenses identical (other than the prescription) for a very good price.
The process works well, there is little risk because this is a really good company and the glasses are brilliant. There were a couple of queries which were dealt with quickly and efficiently by email including a small refund and I will be sending my Oakley varifocal sunglasses there next

This is an excellent company by any metric. Not only do they have a great website full of choice and keen pricing, but they back this up with first-class customer service. I couldn't get on with my online purchased prescription Oakley sunglasses (through no fault of Extreme Eyewear) and yet there was no hesitation in offering a full refund after a friendly and reassuring chat with Simon. This is unusual with prescription products, but speaks volumes about the company's commitment to complete customer care.
My refund was processed immediately upon receiving my returned specs and my new Ray Ban order - which I'm delighted with - arrived in less than a week.
I recommend E-E to anyone and will look nowhere else for my future glasses needs.

My glasses were too old, but they dealt with everything perfectly. Superfast and good comms. That's when you know its a great company to deal with.

When I am ready to purchase new (saving ££ now) I will go straight to them and not bother with anywhere else.

Simon at extreme eyewear is a very knowlegeable guy, Because of this he is able to offer stylish wrap spectacles at a hefty prescription - which most other companies wont touch.
He is honest with his timescales - although mine came quicker than expected.
Glasses I purchased we weren't cheap - but no more expensive than elsewhere on the web. Ive tried budget cycling glasses and those with inserts - but there is just too many compromises .
If you struggling to get specs you want with a strong prescription - definitely dropping these guys an email.

Ordered Oakley Jawbreaker prescription lenses for my own frames via the easy-to-follow website. Chose Black Iridium Polarised, uploaded recent prescription and checked out. A notification email from Extreme Eyewear and tracked Royal Mail delivery removed the guesswork and I was cycling in them within 13 days.
On the bike they're superb with the lowest distortion optics I've known. Remarkably good when riding in rain too.
First rate service for a speciality item.
It won't be long before I order a clear lens for winter visibility.

I have just received my Oakley Bottle Rocket glasses back with their new lenses.
I am over the moon with the service, communication and ultimately the new lenses.
The whole process was professional, easy to understand and follow. Communication was very prompt and friendly. A package arrived the very next day with instructions, measuring frame and returns postage label and a flat packed returns box!! (I was not expecting that!!). I was instructed to wear the measuring frame, take a selfie/photo and sent to company e mail. i received an E-mail confirming the photo was correct almost immediately!!. Once they were done I received an E-mail confirming their imminent return. This morning my much loved Oakley`s have returned and they are wonderful.

Just took delivery of varifocal Rudy Project Rydon transition lens sunglasses. I couldn't be more pleased with them. Excellent service from Extreme Eyewear. Before ordering I called to clarify a few things and spoke to Simon who explained how the whole process works. I had been a little apprehensive about ordering prescription sunglasses online, but everything has worked out as desired.

Visited the shop in Fulford as I live in Yorkshire. Very helpful assistant measured me up properly wearing the Oakley Flak model I chose. I was able to look through various sample lenses out of the window, chose prism ruby (for cycling). My new prescription sunglasses arrived just over a week later in the post. They are spot on. Not cheap but worth the money for varifocal cycling glasses. On the bike they are just like wearing contacts and plain cycling glasses but I can read my Wahoo, not noticing blurry edges like my normal varifocals. I would highly recommend using Extreme Eyewear and visiting the showroom if possible. Excellent service.

I ordered Oakley PLAZMA Prescription Sunglasses with Oakley varifocal lenses. The whole process was very smooth with the innovative way of measuring PD using card test glasses. I received them after only 8 working days and very happy with them. Excellent service and would recommend them.

I dont write these reviews often and when I do they are usually to review a company that has delivered a bad service. This time, I wanted to leave a review for a company that has excelled at its service:
- Clear info on web
- Easy to use
- Available when you call them
- Pricy but more affordable than any other company providing the same service
- Clear instructions - e.g. with Pupil distance - and great customer service to receive and send info if and when required.
- Ultra fast turn around - less than 8 days
- A very nice additional gesture is a free of charge lens cleaner unit...
