They are providing excellent Service from even before you have placed an order at them. Simon was very friendly when speakin on the phone with him.
And quick replies on emails too.
Prescription inserts seems to be precise, I can easily read with the sunglasses.

Less than 2 weeks from order of the glasses till delivered in Denmark.

I was very nervous, ordering prescription glasses for the first time - on the net…however…. they are perfect and the vision, (particularly for cycling, with the 'wrap around' Nike sun specs), is outstanding

I ordered a set of Adidas prescription glasses last Tuesday from extreme Eyewear.

I called them on Wednesday to ask if they could deliver the glasses before the following Thursday as I was off to Australia. They checked and they were in stock.

Less than 4 working days later they arrived. What a fantastic, quick and friendly service. Will defiantly recommend and order again

I was a bit concerned ordering prescription sunglasses over the internet - but when they arrived sooner than expected they were fab! They fit well and the prescription is spot on.

Ordered a pair of prescription Oakleys. Helpful on phone when confirming details etc. arrived within 10 days ordering. Very pleased with the sunglasses.

I needed some sunglasses with prescription lenses so contacted extreme eyewear. The advice I received was excellent and at a price that was cheaper than another online retailer. Glasses were delivered in 2 weeks as promised. Excellent service.

I came across extreme eyewear when searching for somewhere to get the snow goggles I wanted after being let down by another retailer. With only a couple of weeks left before travelling I had started to panic I wouldnt be able to get any on time.

I found the ones I wanted on the website and decided to phone the shop before mking my purchase to ensure they were actually in stock.

I was informed they were not but they could be ordered from the manfucaturer and they would have them by Tuesday to post to me. The goggles arrived on the Wednesday.

I could not fault this service one bit. I just wish I'd found extreme eyewear in the first place. But this will be my first port of call in the future!

Because of my bad view it's hard to find the exact sunglasses or goggles that I want in Belgium. They always say that the glasses or inserts will become to thick. Adidas (inserts) is the only option for me here. And it's very exepensive.
But at extreme-eyewear I can get almost everything I want, I'm very pleased with my inserts for my Oakly Snowgoggles.
I already know where I will buy my next prescription sunglasses.

Great customer support, any problems dealt with immediately, very professional and friendly service, will definately use again.

I ordered four items via the web site and paid with my credit card. Due to a glitch on the invoice, I was advised via email to order and pay again with a full refund promised for the first order.
One week later, I was still awaiting my refund and contacted Extreme Eyeware via email. The response I got from one of the staff was initially slightly dismissive and vague, consequently, I lost faith in them (having never used them before) and sent back a strongly worded email expressing my dissatisfaction.
I was impressed when I received an answer from the manager who was actually on holiday at the time, and who came across as genuinely concerned that I had not received the level of service that he would have wanted.
The next day he was back in the office and pursued the matter rigorously, keeping me informed every step of the way. When the matter was resolved, his final act was to offer me a complimentary gift for my hassle (which to be fair, was negligible).
So in summary, the manager of this company comes across as genuine and sincere in the company's wish to deliver maximum customer satisfaction and could not do better when it comes to resolving a problem (which is the true measure of any company because nobodys perfect and problems do occur).

I wanted some prescription lenses for my Oakley Fast Backs and did a fair amount of research on the 'net looking for the cheapest prices. These guys came in the lowest and delviered within about a week (Sunday order, Friday they arrived) which was fantastic. The quality of the lenses are awsome (Oakley-branded) and I can't fault them. I emailed them to tell them I was v happy with their service and they sent me a link asking to fill this in, which I am more than happy to do. Cheers, Joel

Wanted some raybans but didn't trust some online sites and wanted to be sure I weren't getting fakes! I bought some from here and they are great and 100% genuine. I love the geek chic look and these glasses are perfect for it!!! yeah!!! xxx

As a middle aged man it has recently come to that time where i now need glasses for certain situations, i am an enthusiastic cyclist and did not want to stop due to my now impaired vision. I found extreme-eyewear.co.uk when i searched for Rudy Project sunglasses and there website brought to my attention that i can indeed have them in prescription. There were 2 options, 1 for optical insert and 1 for direct glaze. I contacted the company to find out the difference and they helped me relative to my individual needs. I was explained that the inserts are great for changing lens and direct glaze is fantastic if you only want the one lens. Now normally in this situation company's try to get you to purchase the more expensive option ( the direct glaze) but the assistant assured me that the insert would be a better option for me as i am a bit of an enthusiast. As i would be able to buy different variations of lenses if i ever wished to change them for conditions. I am very pleased to say that the information that was provided to me was spot on and the freedom i have to change lenses has made cycling in all conditions a pure pleasure. This customer WILL be returning at a later date!!!

I recently purchased a pair of Oakley prescription Sunglasses for sport use and a pair of Ray Ban prescription sunglasses for everyday use from extreme-eyewear.co.uk. I was slightly confused buy the amount of lens selections that were available to me. However after a quick phone call to the company, they soon put my mind at rest about my lens selections. The Oakley G30 Polarized and green polarized options where what i proceeded with once i understood what i needed. I received my PD ruler in the post 2 days later and only another 10 days after that my sunglasses arrived. Due to the recent up and down weather condition that we are experiencing i am pleased to say that the sports lens that was introduced to me is amazing, its strange to think that without contact with this company i would have probably never found out about this set up. The Ray Bans are as brilliant especially for driving. I am 100% satisfied with everything i have received for this company. When i called to give my thanks i made an enquiry about goggles for skiing and will be making a follow up purchase in the coming winter. I will urge friends, family and even strangers to give them a call if they are looking for this particular kind of product.

My experience - Ordered prescription glasses and phoned in PD distance 2 days later. Was told glasses would take two weeks. Two weeks later no glasses, so called to find out status. Told they had no record of PD distance , 'did you phone it in?' -
My Conclusion - , Guy taking telephone calls fails to pass on info. to those requiring it.
My tip - If you are sending PD info. then provide with order or email it to them, alternatively go elsewhere. Bolle provided me with same prescription through an optician within a week.

Phoned this company to find out which cycling glasses they would recommend. The guys on the phone really knew their stuff and advised I moved away from inserts and in getting a set directly fitted with my lenses.

Its proved the slightly more expensive option which put me a bit off but I found that this was the same for all sites and could see the advantage so went for it.

Came in two weeks have been using for around 5 weeks now non-stop. They are great, went for rydon with reaction lenses as was recommended ideal for all weathers, which after using I can agree on.

I would and have already recommended this company to my cycle club. Plus It was a friend that put me on to them in the first place. So all in all I know three people which have all had a great service.
