EZ Living Furniture UK Reviews 

Had delivery of a garden chair that was damaged on arrival after taking of packaging. Been trying to get a response from customer service since yesterday but no response. Customer service for Web sales seems non existent! Despite multiple calls and emails with photos of damage not responding! No phone number to get through from UK.
Tuesday 4th June. Still waiting a response from Katelyn from my answer to her last Friday.

I recently visited EZ Living in Derry ,a beautifully kept showroom.From entering the shop I was meet with a warm friendly lady called Kate.She was really helpful and inspirational as she knew exactly what I was looking for .I was extremely happy with my purchases, the quality is brilliant but what really sold me was how comfortable and relaxed I felt in store all thanks to Kate ,she really knows her stuff,she is an asset to your company .Highly recommend anyone looking for good quality furniture and exceptional customer service .

I recently purchased a beautiful lamp and a lovely little unique table at EZ living Derry .The store is absolutely incredible and store assistant manager Kate is an outstanding sales person so helpful in every way .I most certainly will be be back to shop soon

Beautiful store, came across Grace she was professional and friendly and full of knowledge. I enjoyed my experience and she was very helpful in what I was looking for.

Ted was so patient and made up feel very comfortable and not pressured into making any decisions or purchases. He was very informative and so positive and helpful! Couldn’t have asked for anymore and if in again would love to deal with Ted!

I was looking for a new bed so thought I'd visit EZ Living as I heard they had some gorgeous stuff. Was greated by Caoimhe, who was lovely and very knowledgeable. She couldn't do enough for me and helped me find the perfect bed! I ended up purchasing a mattress also! Thank you so much, I will definitely be back.

I love this shop , they always have a great range of furniture , and wee bits and pieces to make your home beautiful . I always deal with Sharon when I'm in , she goes out of her way to make sure I get exactly what I need , and I trust her to keep me right . She is a lovely warm and genuine person , which you dont often get in many shops these days .
