My husband and I visited your store for the first time today as we have recently purchased a new home. Grace went above and beyond to help guide us. It was an absolute pleasure to be in her company and listen to her knowledge of your stock, she guided us so well in helping us make our house a home and we can't thank her enough. I visited the store in Crescent Link, Derry recently for the first time. I'll definitely be back, it's a great looking store and the visit was enhanced by a great team of staff. I found Grace to be warm, friendly and knowledgeable.

The staff are super friendly in the crescent link store, especially Grace who was really helpful recently whilst I was picking out some home accessories. Nothing was a bother to her and she gave some great advice on what to choose.

I saw a lovely garden chair online from EZ Living. I was a little worried as it had to be shipped to mainland UK from NI, and I ordered it while on hols so wanted to make sure it wasn't delivered till we got home. Customer service was impeccable. prompt response from a real person who got my needs straight away and arranged delivery for the right date.
The courier service was first class, the chair was packaged beautifully and the item itself is even lovelier than it looked online. So well made and comfy.
I will definitely be shopping with them again.

We dealt with Kate in the Derry store who was very professional and knowledgeable on the different garden furniture we were viewing.
We found the store spotlessly clean and felt very welcoming from the second we arrived.
We decided on a corner garden set and went with the interest free payment option from where again Kate explained everything very clealry so we felt very assured on what we were signing up to and under no pressure to commit.

Visited your Derry store looking for a new sofa, I was helped by Sharon who made the whole process very easy, we left with exactly what we were looking for and even purchased more to complete our space based on Sharon’s recommendations

Went looking for some accessories for my house popped into ez living and was chatting to a girl called Sharon mc Auley absolutely amazing service she got me sorted with whatever I needed

Was passing by ez living furniture and seen stuff at the window so i went in and was met on the shop floor by Sharon mc auley she was so helpful and got me wat was needed excellent service will definitely be back

I called into EZ living furniture to have a look at new beds and was met in store by sharon mc auley she was a massive help to me I explained to her what I was looking for and she was so helpful and sold me 2 beds for my new house
