awful company

awful company. Since 2021, I have been having issues. Yes, I have reported every single time the software has played up. I have had 30 cameras in total for years since 2021 from EZVIZ, and yet I have had the same connection issues. I have even changed different wifi's since to see if that was the issue; nothing changed; I had an engineer come out to test the wifi, yet I got a fantastic connection!
I have also paid out for specialists for all the CCTV's I own, yet they confirmed it's the software that's the issue!
Every time I contact EZVIZ, they say, "Reset the camera." What do you think I'm doing?
thjey Never listen; they just treat you like you don't know anything, yet I tell them word for word what the specialists have to say. They completely ignore that, then say if this keeps happening, contact us back, of which, by that point, is a further, more on-going thing that never changes back and forth.
So don't buy these cheap Chinese cameras; save up and buy something better!

5 days to deliver

5 days to deliver. A little slow.
Instructions not great, lots of Googling to sort out settings.
Crashes three times so far.
Very good when it works.

Previously bought EZiviz cameras and enjoyed good service, I did have one in my campervan that failed after being on the dashboard in a heatwave, hopefully you have sorted this problem.

got indoor camera that failed to work. same as other brand imou. failed to connect. useless proposals to try again. zero support. enorm waste of time. massive tracking attempts from the app. stay away.

Doorbell works perfectly best picture on the market. They give the option of subscription or memory card. And you can do both as a fail safe. Full colour at night. Has all the smart features.

Hi I called and need to return the…

Hi I called and need to return the Camera. The two indoor ones work fine but they are wired. This wireless one is already uner 40% in less than a week. I cannot get up and down a ladder every 2 weeks to re charge it. I need a wired one but with a cable longer than 10 feet? Still awaiting return instructions. Young Lady called me I explained that the 'traffic' would be the same. I wanted to swap it for a wired one but the cable is too short I asked if they did a Waterproof Extension to the cable If I understood correctly they do not. Therefore I would need to return it for a refund

Ezviz DB1 Pro and Smart Chime for DB1…

Ezviz DB1 Pro and Smart Chime for DB1 Pro.
Video doorbell is working ok (as long as you have separate 2.4 GHz WiFi), Chime from other hand is annoying - loosing connection and is very quiet (for bell).
Overall system is ok but need improvement

Thank you for your feedback. Based on the insights you've shared, we would like to update some key information and usage recommendations regarding the EZVIZ DB1 Pro and Smart Chime products that you have purchased.

Please kindly note that DB1 pro supports both 2.4G and 5G connection, and you can adjust the volume of the chime sound from the EZVIZ APP - Chime settings page - Sound.

As for the offline issue, to ensure that your chime receives a strong signal and has sufficient bandwidth to work, you can try to
- Move the chime closer to your router, avoid obstacles and interferences such as walls, lifts, microwaves, washing machines and Bluetooth devices.
- If your Wi-Fi router has an adjustable antenna, try pointing it in different directions.
- If possible, disconnect some infrequently used devices from your router.

This video doorbell solved my problem

I had a Eufy doorbell before but the performance not great, someone recommend the EZVIZ to me, I want to say this is excellent product. It does exactly what i want and the battery really good can last long time.
