Absolute shambles.
Read the Best Buy recommendation from Which but sadly did not read the reviews for this company. Ordered a mattress topper on 2-3 days delivery. Chased to the e-mail address (no phone number) and no response. Cancelled the order at a later date as still no show and nothing on the tracking. Claimed the money back from my bank as it was a Visa transaction and received the refund. The day after, a parcel turns up on my doorstep unannounced - the original item. 18 working days after order. No option to refuse it as it was left on the doorstep whilst we were out. Absolute shambles of a company. It is up to them now to collect it from me.
BRILLIANT
After reading Which report I ordered Sat morning, then got a shock at the Trust pilot reviews, tried to cancel, no joy. Received an email item shipped Sunday night said I would receive Tuesday morning.
Absolutely gobsmacked when it arrived. Fantastic product!!!!
Questionable returns method
I thought this would be a trusted company as it had been 'Which?' reviewed, unfortunately not.
I ordered an item, within a few days I had requested for it to be returned - without having used it as I had found something else that suited us better. The returns policy is to email them, but not follow-up, if you do, it will reset the timer of your correspondence. I emailed waited a couple of days. They responded to ask if I had a printer and I responded within the hour of their email and now I am waiting 7 days for a response from them. I am not sure if this is their tactic to get you out of the return windows so as not do give you a refund. I have contacted my bank - do think twice before purchasing

Total scam
I bought a topper through Groupon. I was sent the wrong one, much thinner and egg box. Their solution was to return it but I had to re pack it. I explained they because of my disability I wouldn’t be able to re wrap it so we agreed on a partial refund. I was told it was sent on multiple occasions, a total lie. Then was completely ignored. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

This is now the third email I have sent regarding an item not being delivered. I placed an order for a duvet with Ezysleep on 11th September (order number 10771) and received an email to say it had been dispatched. The tracking number with Evri shows they are awaiting the package. I have sent three emails reqesting an update. The third email I requested a refund as the
item has failed to arrive. I have received no correspondence from them whatsoever. Absolute scam artists. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! If I could give minus stars I would. I am now having to go through the hassle of going through my bank to try and get my money back. Wish I had read the reviews before making my purchase.

I would give no stars if I could, sent me totally wrong pillows, sent back over 3 weeks ago (20th July) and still no replacement as of 16 August, I have just now asked for my money back as have had no reply to my last email I sent 8 days ago nor the 2 sent in between. Avoid avoid avoid.

Like others clearly, having read good 'Good Housekeeping' review of the mattress I ordered, I should've done a Trustpilot check first before ordering!
The item did actually turn up very quickly, only some muppet couldn't read and sent wrong size.
Have corresponded 4 times now, in accordance with their 72hrs email process of their TnCs, but nothing back.
It is now with my CC company dispute team.
Waste of Time
I read the glowing review by Which about the Ezysleep Mattress topper so placed an order for one.
The order was acknowledged, card debited and receipt issued.
The following day I received an email stating “your order has been canceled” (sic). No explanation or apology was provided.
I attempted to find out more information but my email bounced back as undeliverable. Then I looked at the reviews on trustpilot!
Ezysleep have since refunded my money in full but what a bizarre waste of time and resources.
Utter scam
Utter scam - ordered item online via their website, they took the money then cancelled the order but never refunded me.
They do not answer emails and their phone lines are ‘closed due to Covid’.
Unbelievable.
No customer service
Ordered a king size duvet and they sent a super king which is of no use to me whatsoever, it’s nowhere near the tog they advertised and it’s cheap and nasty.
I have been trying to contact them now for over 4 weeks via email with no response.

One of their mattresses is a best buy in Which? However after a quick bit of research I realised how bad this company was and thankfully didn’t order. I called their ‘helpline’ and it’s saying it’s closed due to COVID. So effectively this company won’t take calls.
I shall be informing which? Too as I’m sure they weren’t aware of this companies atrocious service levels and abysmal reviews.

Anyone with hgv license should stay well away! 10.40p an hour after tax. Always advertising for that driver who can cope on that money. You can work ether sweeping the streets or filling supermarket shelves for more income and less agg .
