Ordered a throw from Groupon. Turn up great had it a couple of weeks worked great. Now shorts out...just goes dead. That's money I will never get back.

Do not ever order from here! SCAM

Do not ever order from here! They STEAL your money and never respond.
I ordered off GROUPON and both myself and Groupon have tried numerous times to contact them and no response.
‘Lily’ replied to one email after 3 weeks of trying to get hold of someone and never responded again.
They have every intention to only take money and never ship out the item.
STAY AWAY!! NEVER USE!!
I have informed groupon that they do this and they should not have them on their website.

Terrible

Terrible, absolute scam. Ordered their mattress topper from Groupon, reduced from 85£ to 35, received a fitted sheet with 0.2cm padding. A small double bed advertised as reduced from hundreds of pounds to 115£, which is all over the internet for the same normal price. Trying to return and chasing them for a month already - impossible. I contacted my bank to cancel the payment. Still waiting. I’m exhausted.

Ezy sleep if your finally reading this as you don’t read or answer emails , my order number was 10149.

Ordered luxury soft faux fur oversized hoodie , received the thinnest blanket I could have got from primark for 3 quid . I want my order I paid £20 for no response by email … nothing . Send me my correct order ! But highly doubt they will as they never respond !

They take your money and don't send the item

I'll try and keep this brief, ordered a Mattress Topper in mid october with 2-3 day delivery.

2-3 days passes, no delivery, I look up the Federal Express tracking code they provided. It's a real code but Fedex had not received the item from the vendor from the shipping..

I email the company asking for more information about my order and the shipping code they provided. I never receive a response...

I check every couple of days with Fedex for the next two weeks, nothing changes, they do not have the shipment so each time I send the same email to EzySleep... They never respond..

I've since gone through the bank who have now refunded me and are now investigating Ezysleep a month later they respond to my email saying they have no tracking updates.... Avoid these jokers at all costs.

Our 5cm goose feather topper is a big…

Our 5cm goose feather topper is a big disappointment.
The cover is 5cm, but the filling definitely isnt, at a stretch I would say it is 2cm.it doesn't fluff up like the picture, the feathers are clumpy and the product looks nothing like pictured. I will not use this company again.

Bought two feather duvets from groupon…

Bought two feather duvets from groupon and tiny feathers found their way through a duvet protector and covers. My children regularly breathed them in. After emailing the company they asked for me to send the items back. I sent photos and explained I didn’t want to pay £7 to send duvets back each and that I was throwing away. I asked for a refund but I had no reply. Do not buy the duvets are awful.

Groundlevel (see reviews) and Ezysleep have identical phone numbers (never available of course) and I believe are the same organisation. You will not receive any orders placed with them. Be warned.

Not happy at all been chasing 2 memory…

Not happy at all been chasing 2 memory foam pillows that was on offer on Groupon, after chatting via messages they apologise and could see that on there tracking system it was still stuck in transit for a number of weeks, they said they was going to investigate and send some more pillows that offer has now been removed from Groupon, I have had no response for them, no updated emails and no pillows have been sent, trying to get in touch with them and Groupon is a joke, don't want the pillows now, I want a refund

Bedding order

Ordered 4 large hoodies for birthday presents and Christmas 11 October. Said all 4 sent 21 October. Only sent me one complained and no response from Groupon or ezysleep via email. I am not impressed at all! Looking at the reviews they seem o do this regularly! 😡
