I have been forced to put a star but it would be NO stars! Diabolical customer service from this company, really rude and the quality of the foam in the Topper was really lumpy... do not use this company or Groupon, wasted hours of my time contacting both.

As with other recent reviews, I have been ripped off by this company and wish I'd seen these comments sooner, but buying through Groupon and PayPal I felt protected and didn't seek out reviews. They accepted an item to be returned for a refund, which I returned at my own expense, and then decided they weren't going to refund me. PayPal won't cover the chargeback as the return was agreed through the Groupon system and not the PayPal system. Hopefully Groupon themselves will step in and help.
Edit - I used a company called Resolver and Groupon refunded me, I would recommend using them if you have an issue with Ezysleep and Groupon.

Bought a pre lit Xmas door arch from them through Groupon - it is faulty but they refuse to collect and expect me to pay to return it.
I told my card company that the item is faulty so have started a chargeback - now they are saying they will start court action if I don’t return the faulty item - I’ve said it’s ready whenever they want to collect ?! Groupon have been no help at all - will never buy through Groupon again - avoid this company and Groupon - use Amazon !

Incompetent
I have seen some 5 star reviews for this but I would be cautious whether these are true.
I recently purchased a mattress topper via groupon. The item arrived as stated several days later. However upon opening the product it was clear that due to manufacturing problems the seams were coming apart at the corners. I emailed the company on day 2 of receiving item as I was unable to use the 'return item' function on groupon. I received two different responses over a period of three weeks from two different people. One was telling me to provide my name and address??? Even though I had provided the order reference details, and the other just keeps stating the obvious, that they cannot deal with groupon website/app technical issues.
They clearly are not reading my messages, all I ask for is a returns label which I am unable to get off from the groupon app.
Anyhow today received another frustrating email from ezysleep, informing me that they do not deal with groupon issues.
I wish I had read reviews about this company before I purchased this item, they are incompetent and a scam. I'm have lost £40 and stuck with a faulty product which I cannot use. I doubt I will ever get my money back, hence leaving this review. Please please please avoid this company.

I ordered some towels on 10th August and they still hadn't arrived on 23rd with no word. I wrote to ask where my goods were and was told that the 'supplier had let them down' and that I would get a refund. I am still waiting 17th September
