Sent the wrong size and thickness mattress topper. I then spent days and days going back and forth trying to get them to send me a return label and get a refund. Rude customer service despite the fact this was entirely their mistake!

Bought a garden hose of this firm it's damaged sent in photos showing damage and it's not damaged enough to refund or send another one bought it as a present for my granddaughter so now will have to buy another one and Groupon are just as bad never again will I buy anything of them

Purchased a hosepipe through Groupon. Never received it. They should be struck off the site. Don’t waste your money.

After weeks trying to resolve a faulty item, this company has not shown any customer care. I have decided to throw the item away. Your company can keep the money and i wish your business all the best.

COWBOYS. Purchased a feather & down quilt, used for one night, during which was very uncomfortable, as the fabric used is not dense enough to contain the feathers. Refused to rectify, so Will pursue via trading standards and small claims court.

I have been forced to put a star but it would be NO stars! Diabolical customer service from this company, really rude and the quality of the foam in the Topper was really lumpy... do not use this company or Groupon, wasted hours of my time contacting both.

The first item received was faulty, however item has been replaced and my daughter is delighted with her present

As with other recent reviews, I have been ripped off by this company and wish I'd seen these comments sooner, but buying through Groupon and PayPal I felt protected and didn't seek out reviews. They accepted an item to be returned for a refund, which I returned at my own expense, and then decided they weren't going to refund me. PayPal won't cover the chargeback as the return was agreed through the Groupon system and not the PayPal system. Hopefully Groupon themselves will step in and help.

Edit - I used a company called Resolver and Groupon refunded me, I would recommend using them if you have an issue with Ezysleep and Groupon.

Don’t even deserve one star
Bought a pre lit Xmas door arch from them through Groupon - it is faulty but they refuse to collect and expect me to pay to return it.
I told my card company that the item is faulty so have started a chargeback - now they are saying they will start court action if I don’t return the faulty item - I’ve said it’s ready whenever they want to collect ?! Groupon have been no help at all - will never buy through Groupon again - avoid this company and Groupon - use Amazon !

They have let me down badly. I ordered two hoodies. I paid for them After waiting for 3 weeks and many emails they sent me one. They were for my granddaughters Christmas presents. I ordered the two on November 17th. To date I have only one despite constantly emailing them

I have been scammed I paid for 3 curtains on groupon they a only sent me one groupon has not been helpful with sorting out the issue shame on them. I will not purchase from Groupon in future and as for this company AVOID at all cost

I have seen some 5 star reviews for this but I would be cautious whether these are true.
I recently purchased a mattress topper via groupon. The item arrived as stated several days later. However upon opening the product it was clear that due to manufacturing problems the seams were coming apart at the corners. I emailed the company on day 2 of receiving item as I was unable to use the 'return item' function on groupon. I received two different responses over a period of three weeks from two different people. One was telling me to provide my name and address??? Even though I had provided the order reference details, and the other just keeps stating the obvious, that they cannot deal with groupon website/app technical issues.
They clearly are not reading my messages, all I ask for is a returns label which I am unable to get off from the groupon app.
Anyhow today received another frustrating email from ezysleep, informing me that they do not deal with groupon issues.
I wish I had read reviews about this company before I purchased this item, they are incompetent and a scam. I'm have lost £40 and stuck with a faulty product which I cannot use. I doubt I will ever get my money back, hence leaving this review. Please please please avoid this company.

Purchased 4 Egyptian cotton bath towels over a month ago and never received them! Sent multiple emails but no reply …. Phone lines are closed….
SCAM ARTISTS

I ordered some towels on 10th August and they still hadn't arrived on 23rd with no word. I wrote to ask where my goods were and was told that the 'supplier had let them down' and that I would get a refund. I am still waiting 17th September

my item arrived late[duvet set] ,wrong product,looked nothing like the one i ordered and it was even the wrong size, rang several times they never rang back.[ probably because i said i wanted money back] the item was bought as a present ,had to buy correct item elsewhere.

Did not have what was ordered promist full refund on 23rd Nov still waiting will not answer phones. Buyer beware

I love the pillows but my husband and I are finding them too big which isn't helping us to sleep.so are going to return them and order the same microfibre pillows but a lot less thicker.

Excellent customer service, amazing products at very competitive prices. Will be using again.
