Waited on Sunday for it to arrive.
Then got an email while at home that I'm not home and the meal can't be delivered. Called next day to solve the issue. They said it would be delivered Tuesday.
Tuesday comes, nothing. I call, and they say it's some logistics issue. Sure.
Saying I will get my 2nd box on time next Sunday. So I waited. Again, waiting at home and the email comes, "no one was at home we couldn't deliver the box."
2 weeks waiting , 0 meals. 2 phone calls no effect.
Worst service I have had since 10 years.

The service is infallible. Every Sunday they come and I've had no issues with that. Not every dish is the same though, more recently some dishes have a strong
vinegar taste that had us considering dropping the service all together. We've managed to pick dishes that don't suffer from this, so we dodged this problem our own way, but we order less now and lost some faith in the service as a proper meal alternative

I am doing keto diet and the keto factor meals you provide are not really keto. I have been testing it lately, with blood tests, and whenever I eat some of your keto meals, I get kicked out of ketosis. It drops to 0.3 on the measurer. I stopped eating it and I am all the way back to 1.9. I tried different ones and tested after 3h without eating anything else and I drop to 0.3 and even 0. I think the keto foods has way too much cards to be honest.

Started the journey with full confidence but ended very disappointed. First off all making the account was not very clear wich lead to having (what i learned later) two accounts. I called the day of making the accounts to ask if this was correct that there was charged twice 0,01 cents from my bank so inwouldnt be charged later also twice but they said everything was fine! Well long story short i got 3 boxes delivered in one week while i just wanted 1 box and i got charged three times. When i called for a solution because i didnt want 3 boxes but one the customer services was super rude and not well willing at all. I wouldn’t recommend anyone this and also the food was not good so without the super bad customer services i would have stoped the services anyways.

So the boxes are divided in 2 sections of meat and vegetable. The meat part is very delicious but I wish that while choosing our dishes, we could choose meat and vegetable differently from each other. Some boxes have nice meat but not nice vegetable and some boxes the other way around so I want to be able to choose that myself.

Good taste, easy to heat up and eat. Very convenient.
Only minus (and a big one): the portions are small and kinda expensive for what you are getting. I wouldn’t mind the price, if it were a full decent portion and i felt full after eating it. That is not the case - i usually have to supplement with more food to feel full. I am still debating if it’s worth it in the long run. It’s a pity, because it’s a great concept, i love the convenience of it and i like the meals. But am STARVING on the small portions provided.

The food is good, and typically delivery is on time and friendly.
However, if something goes wrong, prepare to experience the worst customer service of your life.
Customer service agents might as well be robots who are not allowed to veer off script. In fact, I am not entirely convinced of have spoken to a human once, either via chat or phone.
It took a 15 minute call and 45 minute chat to be told that:
1. Only the account holder can change a delivery instruction
2. An account holder can add an authorised user but ONLY via a phone call and NOT online
Why they can’t just tell you that within the first two minutes of a phone call, after you’ve just said you’re phoning on behalf of your partner (who is out of the country), will remain a mystery.
They also charged my non-account holding bank account without delivering food.
Oh, and I’m not allowed to file a complaint because I’m not the account holder.
UPDATE: when the account holder tried to change the delivery times, he ran into the issues too, and was unable to be helped.

My very first box of 6 meals I never received it. Waited for 6 hours (16:00-22:00). Tried to reach support, the agent never helped cause he clocked out apparently as it was late, and as a result I didn't eat at all. As they were suppose to deliver next day, i reached out to an agent again I asked him to give me specific time of the delivery because there is no luxury of wasting another 6 hours, however he couldn't even tell me at least if they would come morning or afternoon. (Not even to suggest me to prioritize my box, as it was late by a day, just said how busy they are). I managed to get a refund along with the late box. On top of that, when I asked again about the approximate time he insulted me by saying "might as well ask your bank about it" and then he left (Othewise I can assume their agents literally don't understand English). Another agent, afterwards, informed me that there was an error with the system and my box was never created. So I was like ok, the last agent not only insulted me but he left me with the impression that my box is gonna arrive. Imagine a costumer putting his order 1 week prior, pays 2 days in advance and gives a window time delivery of 6 hours,to get insulted, waste his time, get frustration, and stay with empty stomach.

I first ordered food from Factor because I dont have much time to go to supermarket, prepare, and cook. This is the only shop that provide variety of food choices. The taste is great. Only thing that I think that it should be improved is the size of the portion. I normally dont eat a lot. The mealbox from AH supermarket is enough for me but not Factor. The price of AH meal box is €5. Full price of factor products are almost double.

The whole user interface is a mess - it's not simple to just order your meals, pay and then get your delivery.
I received double orders - ask the agent about it and was promised not to be charged then received charges. Then after back and forth with 4 agents they still haven't resolved the issue.
I would avoid if you truly want a stress free life. Also the vegetarian meals aren't worth it.

The meals are delicious, easy to prepare, just put them in the oven or microwave and done in 10-20 minutes.
However, you might find those portions small. Of course it differs from person to person, but the portions are 360-380 grams (the keto ones) which to me is not ideal.
I would like to have the option to get a bigger portion.

I have spent thousands with this company over the last year. It started off ok for the first few months although the delivery people always had problems finding my place. Then they started sending me less meals “accidentally” this happened 4 times now within the last 3 months. First time I was missing 1 meal, next time it was 2 meals, then 3 meals, today they shorted me 4 meals out of 8 i ordered! Yet they always charged me the full amount! Customer service was helpful and promised refunds and credits. I got the refund last week but it took about 3 weeks!?I never got the courtesy discount they promised for the trouble. That was it for me, i cancelled my delivery service today and they promised to refund me but we’ll see how long they take this time around.
